Mine's organized, but it's organized clutter...
As far as storage is concerned, a couple of years ago, I picked up a Rubbermaid or Sterlite 3-drawer cabinet on casters, which I have stowed under the bench:
I store most of my paints in two of the drawers, and putties and some tools in the third. I originally stored paints in the wooden toolbox you see in the one shot, and the rest were just on the bench. But they got in the way there. Also, I wanted to be able to take my paints with me, when we have a modelers' meetup, for example. I thought about getting a large tacklebox, but I wound up getting the cabinet instead. It's still portable enough for me to take along on the road; it fits on a seat in my truck.
I have lumber cut to add a hutch to the back of the bench. It will consist of two shelves, and I'll be able to organize the bins of figure kits and other supplies, that are currently on the floor under the bench. I just have to knock the parts together one of these Saturdays.

Not much has changed, except that things are piling up, heh. And some of the toy soldiers not finished back then, still aren't finished today. But it's a hobby, not a job!
