Me too. To two different email addresses. I wonder about the Web site update also. I'm more inclined to think a hack and spoofing.

I type on a tablet. Please excuse the terseness and the autocorrect. Not to mention the erors.

Yup, me too.  Maybe this is the beginning of problems due to the upcoming web site redesign.  Please clean up your act, Kalmbach!

I got them as well, it didn't say thanks for subscribing, they said thanks for registering.

Tojo72

Same thing here,I deleted them,no big deal.

It may not be a big deal, but then again, it might be.  I didn't sign up for any of those publications, so when I get emails saying, "Thank you for registering for Scale Auto", etc, my first thought is that my Kalmbach login was hacked or spoofed.  Or that some other account of mine was hacked.  I'm sure that I'm not the only one.

I also got two emails but they thanked me for registering to Trains and the auto mag and asked that I subscribe. I didn't register at either and it's probably related to my being a FSM subscriber and registered on this forum. Hopefully they don't do this again.

I think it's the same log in as here. I had trains and also auto come into my email this morning thanking me for subscribing. I've never signed up to either one. But I recall after the mess here where many of us couldn't sign in for a couple of weeks or more I did sign in at fine scale auto using the sign in for here. I don't know, I dump about 80% of my emails anyway so I just checked those off too and they went in my trash bin with the rest. When I get 300 emails in the trash bin I'll delete them all.

Same situation here. The funny thing is that I haven't touched a model car since December of 1981 and I don't have any interest in either snowmobiles or trains.

I recently received messages from Kalmbach informing me I had *subscribed* to Scale Auto, American Snowmobiler, and Trains.  What the heck is that all about, Kalmbach? I have never signed up for any of these! I attempted to *Unsubscribe* but the Kalmbach website would only allow me to unsubscribe from FSM. Odd. I definitely do not appreciate the spamming.
