If you don't mind, I would like to share with you the not-so-completed Diorama No. 8! "May Your Spirit Ride With The Wind".
The diorama was supposed to be centered on my recently built M4A4 Sherman Firefly VC but it turned out (IMHO) that the focus shifted to a british soldier giving his prayers to a fallen comrade whom he took time to give a decent burial. I tried to get the effect of wind blowing on all possible elements of the dio to fit the proposed title.
While I am still contemplating of adding some stowage to the tank...I may do that later.
Here it is folks...
Comments are welcome.

Busy? Not really. I just don't feel like building models this days. I have one project that is halfway done but I just don't have the drive to finish it. It's summer time here anyway so might as well take advantage of the outdoors. Maybe I'll get back into it after my trip to the West Coast.

I just salvaged a few 1/700 carriers from my old house (Saratoga, Enterprise and Hornet). After cleaning, restoring, reoaring and a rehab of its camouflage, to my horror, most of the planes for the carriers were missing or beyond repair. I managed to get a Tamiya 1/700 B-25 set for the Hornet but I cant seem to find any 1/700 early WWII American carrier aircraft (Wildcats, Dauntless and Devastators). Is there any store in
Metro Manila that still stocks these kits. Lil's in Makati used to have them but in a recent visit, all I could find were Japanese planes. Help!!!

VERY NICE, DWIGHT! Very impressive work on this dio. The weathering's fantastic, the tank really blends into the surroundings.
