Not crazy about the fit...

http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn48/MikeTheModeller/RevellGo229/DSCF0650a.jpg

Two applications of clear parts cement, the second a BIG one because the first one, after being held until my fingers cramped, fell off immediately...

The windscreen will be worse, and I'll have to grind away the erzats gunsight completely if there's to be any chance of a fit...

M/TB379

urgh...reminds me of my Ho...now this looks like the R.G. kit....I had the same problems with my Dragon HO..the front windscreen's fit was terrible....I added a thin strand of stretched sprue along the front to fill in the gap and then sanded it down a bit....the main canopy's fit s was not good either so I placed it as open....a couple of spots of CA was all it needed...I didnt even try to install the gunsight...it was a lost cause from the start....now you mentioned tropical scheme...wouldnt mind seeing another.....looking great so far!!! more pics!!! Yes

Late evening in Aus...

Glad to report I'm getting the canopy into place at last, in the expectation that the Eduard masks will be arriving any time now. I have the acryls for 74 and 75 in hand, and will mix the 76 and 04. My second HO kit arrived at the weekend too, and though there's no chance of building her for this GB, I look forward to that tropical mottle scheme in due course.

Cheers, M/TB379

Still no word on the gadget.

I hope the Government Agent carrying the gadget is serious about his job.

Uh, we had a slight weapons malfunction, but uh... everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here now, thank you. How are you?

Who is this? What's your operating number?

Boring conversation, anyway

You're making me hungry...just need some fried squirrel to go with the corn

don't some of those southern  areas have more ,er, reptiles than squirrels?

Yeah but the snakes tend to go to the Northern parts of the state in the big COUNTY to be COOKed

Unfortunately, the snakes have COOKed  the entire state and not just the COUNTY.....
