Yeah, you're right...fortunately the 229 is Luft '45 stuff and it doesn't blow...it actually flew...

Not...

I don't really do much in the way of prototype or non-operational or concept Luftwaffe birds, or any "Luftwaffe '46" stuff... Did the Do 335, but that had three important things going for it.. It was a 1/48th Monogram kit, it was under 10.00 (when I bought it in 1978), and there was a Shep Paine diorama tip sheet in the box...

Unless...

There's a kit of it in 1/48th at or under 20.00... Then I might, just for the halibut... Is there such an animal? The 229 kit, not the fish...
