MAJ Mike

Carlos:  thanks for the tips.  I use a single-action AB and will fiddle with a double-action sometime in the near future.  I usually paint large areas at about 20 psi and camo stripes/patterns at about 10-15 psi.  I use MM enamels thinned 50/50 with Testor's Thinner (red can).

I'm not building a Ho, although watching your build has made we want to, I'm part of the ground-support Rabble.

Again, Awesome (an over-used term, but appropriate in this situation) result with your Ho. Bow Down

I tried to use my double action and could not get it to work right,,,,,it kept spurting out vreating spiders....I guess the trick to working close to get a fine line is real thn paint....keep the tip from clogging..MM enamels are not that bad but their Acryl line....man, that stuff clogs up REAL nice..

again thanks for the kind words for my Ho.....

BTW like the new badge.....as subtle as your posts....Whistling

ATTENTION MOJO's:  The gadget has arrived at an undisclosed location in South Texas.  I can, with certitude, declare that the gadget is in top condition and will make its way to the Great White North via Government courrier on the first Saucer/Bell tomorrow.

"SEMPER MOJO!!"

Herr Feldmarshall: Tomorrow morning at o'dark thirty, the gadget will be hand delievered to a government transmission agency and given into the hands of an official uniformed transportation expert.  It will be directed to the Great White North for final disposition.

The gadget should arrive at Vance's secret underground snow bunker before the end of the week.

I'm not a U.S. Congressman.  My ethics and morals are higher than that, although I do admit to being a Brigade Logistics Officer (S4) for a DIVARTY and a Mech-heavy maneuver brigade. Embarrassed  There's some things even an S4 won't do.

All OPSEC and INFOSEC procedures were followed.  The gadget arrived with its seals intact and it remains under deep cover.

I'm not surprised Vance doesn't have a HO.

There's no room for a HO on the Seaview.

I will expect to see a 229, painted gloss yellow, descending vertically from Flying Sub's hanger in the classic launch shot, from one of you Photoshop maestros within the nexrt 48 hours... Well, a bit longer, given that you'll have to build a gear-up 229 and spray it gloss yellow...

SITREP: The gadget is enroute to the Great White North.  Vance has assured me that the secret underground snow bunker is prepared for its arrival.  A uniformed courier has taken possession and responsibility for the gadget for transfer.
