Ive heard Hobby Boss is releasing one shortly too.

It may be a repop of the Kinetic one though. I'll have to look into that. Course it's gonna cost a lot coming from Hobby Boss.

no no no - it was back another page or two - there were a couple of greenies. Although, a GREEN aircraft, flying ops over the desert, based on an aircraft carrier at sea... wait, who authorized this re-paint???

Glow in the dark paint! I think I may need some! I'll have to check out the locations on the kit parts, see what makes the most sense.

If you want a cool effect to your slime lights Vance use glow in the dark paint. Turn off the paint and you can see it in the dark. Someone in the aircraft section uses glow in the dark paint I just don't remember who. I think Eduard sometimes makes PE slime lights with some of their PE sets you can install them then paint the panels.

The "slime lights"... on my kit there are decals provided that are definitely yellow, possibly "non-slip gelb"   Any tricks to painting these on?

OOOH you must do the camo version of BUNO 161667 thats VA-36 "Heartless" 533 i was there when we painted that with water color paint! the A-6 is dear to my heart as i worked on them for 13 years was there for Desert Storm aboard the USS Roosevelt, i may have to jump in on this GB I have a few kits in the stash cant wait for trumpeter to launch there 1-32 scale next year, I'm sure I can answer most questions about this bird if any arise.

The kits i have are 72nd. So next question. Easier to get 48 scale kit, or 72nd decals?

Unfortunatly I think it's easier to find 1/48 scale decals and kits. There are two good Intruder kits. One is the Kinetic which has recessed panel lines but not very accurate. The other is the Revell which from everything i've read is much more accurate for an "E" model but has raised panel lines. It's easier to get decals for this kit as well.

Ive got 2 tamiya (italeri) kits at home that need some attention. Wonder if i can find decals for that green camo one. Also wanna do a desert storm camo version.
