Yay! Another Toshi and Ezra adventure! Your Turkey is looking good guys!  I always wondered why the Avenger had only one gun in the rear turrett until I saw your build. That had to be rough on the ear and a whole lot of fun with all that hot brass dumping into your lap.  I'm glad to hear that Mrs. Toshi is doing better. It sounds like y'all had a great time out in the country. Sorry to hear about your sleep problems, but if you need something to look at, here's a link to my fotki page. I haven't updated it in quite awhile, but I'm pretty sure there's something you'd be interested in.  https://public.fotki.com/lewbud/  I've got a full memory card and an 8gb thumb drive that I need to upload which will fill in some of the last 7-10 years. Everybody's welcome to stop by and look as well.

Buddy- Those who say there are no stupid questions have never worked in customer service.

Thank you my friend.  Got back to modeling to have something else to fill the time.  Then found this foum and joined.

The members here are a wealth of knowledge and more than happy to share and support.

It’s my pleasure goldhammer!  We all have our stories/reason in getting back to our roots.  Mine was being unable to read nor write, unable to walk without a cane, unable to bath myself, and the inability to cook for myself.  A facility for TBI patients took me to Hobby Lobby and purchased me a Testors 1/72 Corsair and that was it.  I became possessed!  Lol!

My first kit on FSM Forums as a WIP was the infamous Monogram Black Widow.  I got so much support it was amazing.  And I’m still getting this support.

I know where you're at...when the wife passed I went from 8 hrs of sleep and a 500 lb bomb going off and not waking me up, to 3-4 hrs and a cat jumping on the bed waking me up.  That was 4 1/2 years ago.  Still have the short sleep cycle but getting better with the new lady here.

Home bench not set up yet but another month or so might fix that.

The Eduard masks will help

I‘m so sorry to hear about your loss.  I did not know goldhammer.  And yet after all this, you still have the time to send me photos from the museums of my future builds like this Avenger build.  You are truly a good friend.  FSM Forums Members as well as myself is blessed to have you.

I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t sleep as I’m lucky if I get two hours of sleep a night for the last two months. My psychologist and neurologist of which whom I saw today told me it’s because of my worry of Mrs. Toshi and trying to keep the household together.  I didn’t even realize that until I saw the doctor today.  Medication can’t even help with my mental and physical pain let alone sleep.

Modeling and this fantastic community has helped me get through each day.  Master Ezra is the highlight of my day.  Communicating with members like you makes me travel in my mind to where you are and allows me to reach out in mind, body, and spirit.

These threads, members builds, as well as of course my builds have helped me grow.  As for your home bench, I look forward to the set up and builds you’ll be doing.  And yes, I knew the Eduard mask is the way to go.  Thank you goldhammer for the reiteration!

Greg

Looking good, Toshi.

Isn't it nice to have a modeling bench or desk to go to on those sleepless nights?

Oh man, you just don’t know. Lol!  I guess worrying about Mrs. Toshi has taken a toll on my lack of sleep.  But that’s ok, I’ll just nap in the day time.  Lol!  I then have dinner then go back and work on the Avenger with Ezra although he went home yesterday.  Not having my building buddy gets boring.  He keeps me on my toes.  Beyond belief!  Lol!  No, he’s truly really a very good boy and very smart.

How about you Greg, do you get sleepless nights and go to the bench? Let me know as I’m interested in knowing what you’re working on if you don’t mind me inquiring.  Thank you in advance.

Very nice.  Going to be a bear to mask though

The seller added a mask set but it’s made out of a type of black vinyl tape akin to electrical tape.  Out of safety, I purchased for a few extra bucks more a set of Eduard mask.  The type made out of the Tamiya yellow tape product, but still even with that being said, you are correct my good friend.  It will be a challenge nonetheless.  Photos to follow below.

Been having trouble sleeping.  It’s after midnight.  Master Ezra went home today so here are some things I’m working on.  Some gun turret details.

Toshi, you need to do a full wall/panoramic to show off your artwork! Way to go!

Thank you sir.  You’re way too kind. I’m unable to post a panoramic type video but I can provide this.  My very simple and humble builds.

I wish more kits would come oout this way, see-through. It would be more interesting to see the results of all the work.

Most Definately, I agree mawright20!  Here are a few more my friend.  Here you go!

Here’s what we both painted and assembled prior to weathering.  I do not allow Master Ezra to use the Tamiya Weatherine Master System as the powder in it is too fine.  That’ll be my job.

Your friend’s, Toshi and Ezra

oh come on Toshi... I bet he’d do a great powder bomb, just like Lebraun James! You just don’t want to clean up the mess lol

He's doing a good job. I can tell he's got a great mentor!

Lol!  Lol!  Powder Bomb from Lebron James would have to be from La La Land since he’s now a Laker.  Lol!  Master Ezra is having fun like crazy. He stayed up till 11:00pm helping me build the Avengers Torpedo.  I try to be the best “Papa” role model possible.  Thank you TheMongoose for stopping by.
