 now to my stats.

So far we have 7 (one hasent sent me info yet) including myself.  If you know someone on the armor forum thats interested, or if your one of them come join up.  I mean, remember aircraft guys, what good are your tank busters without the tanks?

I sure hope not, I think my kit from last year has one coat of paint on the cockpit and that is about it. But Jon is right, as cool as it was to get a gift the real fun of last year was spending hours digging through 2 seperate hobby shops for the perfect kit for my buddy Bondo, in fact between some other "incidents" on the forums where he and I ended up on the same side fighting a slightly tipsy overly nasty anphibious assult trooper and SSGB he became what I would consider a very good friend if not reluctant mentor. Three cheers for the man who puts this together every year as it embodies everything Christmas is about which also happens to be everything that is forgotten about Christmas. So needless to say, I am in.

Oh, great it's time for a new SSGB! Although we still have daylight savings, fall has come upon us with dark mornings and evenings! Just the right time to sit by the table and build models!

I'm in this year too! :)

Cheers,

Azgaron

Things are off to a great start! Lots of second and third time Santas, and some new faces (or avatars, as the case may be Smile [:)].) Welcome everyone!

If you are trying to decide whether or not to join, just take a look at the last two SSGB threads. I think you'll see we had a great time, and I'd love to have you join us.

This is first and foremost about giving, that whole love your neighbor thing. Wink [;)] I'd love to have you join neighbor!

Please PM me if there are circumstances that are keeping you from joining. If I can help take care of those, I gladly will!

So polish up those.... uh..... whatever those metal dealies are under a sled.... and get ready for some fun! Big Smile [:D]

As a founding member (3-peat? Whistling [:-^] ) for the SSGB, I can only echo PaPa John's sentiments!  It's truly fun and rewarding, and a great way to get to know your fellow modelers here (not to mention a real test of one's fortitude to not open that box before Christmas Day! Evil [}:)] )

I have it from a good reliable source, that Santa's elves are already warning him that he will need an extra jumbo size sack for the 3rd SSGB Big Smile [:D].

Yes Jon there is truly a Santa Claus and he is alive and well.
