Cant. Z update - Change of plan on the painting. That nice "olive Green" with the yellow cowls has grown upon me. I have decided to leave it, and save the Unique spotted job for the Caproni. I liked the idea of the Chi-202 with the spots, The Cant.Z plain, and the Chi-205 with Smoke rings all next to each other showing the different Regia patterns.

I was feeling adventurous this morning and futured the Cant Z with a second hand rebuilt airbrush I recieved in the mail this week. Worked like a charm Thumbs Up [tup] Nope didnt test it, filled it and went to spraying the plane. Propeller [8-]

OMG Aaron what have you done! It appears as if you have chopped Franks head of, shrunk it down and jammed it into your Corsair cockpit! Oh Frank you poor old sod what a way to go. At least he is in a better place now. I mean really what else could be cooler than to be buried in a Corsair. You will be missed Frank. Unless Aaron can find some way to reattach you head.

How did you guess it was the Armor SATAN!! Evil [}:)]. I think hes just jealous of my BV 138 (Cue huge grin Big Smile [:D])

Im loving the mini me Frank in his Corsair. Someone has too much time on thier hands. Talking of which at work today, geez almost nearly didnt make it, i was side swiped by a white van man and i RIDE A MOTORBIKE!!!!. I explained the error of the chaps ways and carried on to work. Anyhoo at work, you snivelling dogs i came up with some retribution homework. Seeing as you all seemed to like my video i posted (And in some cases, scrutinised to intently) You ALL have to post a video. Subject irrelevant. You all post digy pics of models and all digy cameras have a video feature. Its just as easy to upload a video as a photo. I know as i did it for the 1st time with mine.

There, thats your homework....err Frank you have to have your optivisor on, thats a given my friend. Oh and Count Macula....No fishnets.

Guy I was thinking along the same lines today. It is not really fair that we have vid of you in your birthday suit and you do not even know what most of the rest of us look like. I gave my video camera to my freind about 6 months ago. I was not using it and she uses hers to make a living so I figure it went to good use. Plus it is now a great excuse to buy a much newer and better one!

I think you need to set some rules or things could get a little crazy. Little things like pants must be mandatory for all videos [that mean you MacNeal]. Sobriety is optional any other little things you know. Yes Frank must definetly be wearing his optivisor. Now I guess I will have to go to the store and buy me a shiney new video camera.

OPPPS almost forgot! Guy is aces I whish I was his son.

I Like the way you avoided the homework subject with Skill and dexterity, Young man. LOL.

As for your little videos, I like the wat Daves thinking. For example, Bondo will have to do his entirely in Italian, Frank in his optivisor, Aaron, ooh what can we say for Aaron. Also we have to think of something for Dave and Sean.

Its the 20th today. All videos to be posted on the 1st of March. That way we can decide on the stipulations of each entrant. Oooh this is going to be good.

Frank - What if that video falls into the wrong hands. Small children all over the World will be terrified of the "Dude with the Magna Eyes"  Looks like you were having a hard time keeping a straight face.  Got a Bowl for your "New Pet" ? Well Done Blue Plane  Guy.

This project is going to cause a problem for me, I dont have any means of video. My Wife wants to buy me a "Helmet Cam" for my Birthday but that is not until May. I Fear the electronic world. Shock [:O]

Sean- You're right!  I should have put up a disclaimer with it warning those with small children or medical conditions.  DO NOT WATCH IF YOU HAVE IMPRESSIONABLE CHILDREN OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS-THIS VIDEO CONTAINS DISTURBING IMAGES! Laugh [(-D]

Sean, there have been so many times I wish I would have had a helmut cam.  Sounds like a cool idea for a birthday present.  As for means of video I'm sure you could come up with something if you really wanted to.  Almost all digital cameras have a video option.  I'm sure you could borrow one if yours doesn't.  Come on chappy... no excuses or Guy (who is Aces by the way) will give out extra homework.

Frank, wish you would have put that warning on BEFORE I watched the video!  My day is ruined!  Dead [xx(]Laugh [(-D]  I'm glad you wore your flannel though.  Don't know if I could handle anymore nakedness.

Nicely done Frank, thanks for the warning though. LOL You realise you were early with the vid. So no prize for you. You win the booby prize of having to put spinner spirals on a 6 engined Gigant!! ONE HANDED!!! Remember its the 1st of March Kids.

Dave, im wondering what sort of Helmet cam it is you wanted. Ooh err missus. Your right about Sean trying to bail out. NO WAY CHUMMY!! Its Daves fault!! Not yours!! No excuses, i NEED YOUR HOMEWORK ON TIME!!!

Wheres Count MaCula? Hes never around when you need him. Too busy tooting his whistle.

Still no sign of the Count? I wonder if hes frieghting a load of money to the UK to help wih our Crapola economomy. (That was about the closest youll EVER here from me discussing politics)

Anyhoo, whos building anything. Ive not seen an update in yonks!! SEAN you must be ready to show us your wonders. Seeing as youve bottled the splotches LOL Whistling [:-^]

I'm still working on the G55 Guy.  Haven't had much bench time lately but I'm sick with a cold today so I plan to lay low today and work on my models.  Hopefully I'll be pretty close to finished by the end of the day.  I also booked monday off work so I'm looking forward to some R&R.

Laugh [(-D] Great excuse!  I gotta remember that one next time.

Guy- Um, yeah!  I can't believe that guy tried to pass of his video as mine.  What a despicable trick.  He was a handsome looking chap though. Approve [^]

I worked on my 109 twins today! The RA G-6 has it's gun blisters attached, andnose seams all sorted out.  The cokpits are mostly finished and installed- just need to finish the shoulder harnesses.  I also glued the wings on, and have to wait for them to dry before I remove the tape for photos.  Hope to have some tomorrow. Thumbs Up [tup]

Wow, a good dose of Deja vu there. Didnt i read this before?

Dave, Glad that the G55 is coming on. The G55 is another MC.205 Lookalike isnt it? Good man that your still here though Sean. With all the other part timers, we need a good strong influence. Its all Daves fault regardless.

Frank, your taking your own sweet time on the twins fella. Im sure good things come to those that wait and im sure looking forward to an Italian Gustav. Have you got any more RA subjects that you may grace us with? I pm'ed Count MaCula and he has about a dozen in the wings. Which brings me to the question, Where the heck is he? I feel i should PM him.

I'm back from a grueling week of work!  What's this video thing? Oh dear?  The way things are for me I will be doing it at work in the dark! Confused [%-)] Ugh Going to try to finish up a few projects now that I managed a few days off. I feel like vegging today as I am pretty bushed though.

Not nearly enough time in the day to build all I want but I will try!.

Sean that boy of yours looks deep into it!  Next thing you know he will be posting to the forum! They grow up so fast don't they?

My little girl is the Freshman Princess at High School this year. No homecoming as it is a new school.

Of course in my mind she will always look like this!

I got the coffee brewing for an all night bench session there Guy! Playing catch up! Again...

That Sponge Bob Pic was in Galveston Sean. It was a friend of my sons from school that spent a lot of time with us. They did not evacuate. Rode it out in their attic with the water only a foot below them. Backed up sewage extc. The Whole Family survived the ten hours of howling hurricane force winds. It was unbelievable how large that storm was. The Hurricane winds extended 180 miles out from the storm center and the Surge was equal to a Cat IV due to the sheer size which was unpecidented.  Much worse than Katrina but not near the publicity.  All three houses next to sponge bob were destroyed. That family was indeed lucky. No way to get to them it was awful.

I am back a ways from the water so we came out ok. Lots of tornadoes though.  The High School was just made. Brand new as the other one was just over populated. It got damaged and the kids were out 2 weeks while repairs were made.

Guy!! You can borrow my kids anytime you want em! My 17 Year old. 18 in June was driving Himself and his date with my daughter and hers to the event tonight.  He had a real dilema. Seems that these two girls attacked him the night before and left two big hickeys on both sides  of his neck.  Of course neither of these girls was his date for tonight. Caught him and my daughter trying to cover them with her make up.  Jeeze I should have such problems.  I don't know where he gets it from!
