There's app.s for that!

My daughter spent the summer in Europe and I had it all set up on my iPhone.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

I've still no news on my pre-order of Psylocke.  On other sites they  list dates ranging from October right through to January.  If I don't hear anything in the next month or so, will have to come up with a plan B.

Definitely looking forward to this one as well. It's great to see the new faces along with the steadfast group from the WWI build. I'll be tuning in right away to see you guys get started, but my build will have to begin after my WnW D.VII is complete for Bish's Gift GB. All that remains is the prop (simple) and the decaling of the upper wing (not so simple - I'm sure Tim & Aaron can attest to that. I counted 75 decals for it. Yikes!)

Awesome!

Yeah, with the rib tape, the little placards, and other fiddly little decals, they are time consuming. On the other hand, they look sharp when they're all done.

Yay, I'm ready! I jumped the gun a little- I'd partially painted Picard before and hated how it came out so I stripped the paint off him the other week.

Here's Conan!

Yep, that's a big box!

And a super-heavy base for a ...

... super big fig.

I'm ready to get started on my Halcyon Judge Dredd kit. The box has taken a beating over the last 19 years. I bought the kit in London on a trip in 1994, so this group build is the perfect excuse to build it. One question though: Is Dredd a hero or villain?

Best Dredd face:

Parts is parts:

A face only a mother could love — and the figure ain't too pretty neither!

Cheers, Aaron

Careful guys, don't let them figures get away, they will cause havoc in the office.

I like the badge, going for the second option I think.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

A villain to some, hero to others, the most famous of Megacity 1's judges is The Law.

'What are the best things in life Conan?'

'TO CRUSH YOUR ENEMIES, DRIVE THEM BEFORE YOU, TO BUILD ALL YOUR MODELS...'

If he gets out of control the Judge can probably slow him down.

All the muscles in the world are no match for the Lawgiver. If the drokking Cimmerian won't go to an iso-cube quietly, a couple of explosive rounds followed by a couple of incendiaries should be enough to send him back to the Hyborian Age.

Bah! Puny "Judge." Crom may be cold and distant, but Conan's sword is immediate and sharp. Law is unnatural--chaos and barbarism are the natural order. Megacity shall feel the weight of Conan's booted heel and tremble beneath its bloody print.

Listening to you guys "talk" just reinforces my realization that I'm not in my typical modeling genre with this group build.

So...encubement...that's like being confined to an office cube farm, right?...

I was much happier when you were mentioning explosives and such...I may be learning more than I bargained for,,,

Zoro will be slashing his way out of the box maybe over the weekend.

Seriously?? Consider:

1) Faster than a speeding bullet.

2) More powerful than a locomotive.

3) Able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.

4) Able to hide his true identity...apparently from everybody...just by putting on a freakin' pair of glasses.

I'm sorry...what part of "Faster than a speeding bullet" is unclear?

Anyway, you're both more or less in the same business. Bad guys don't like you.

Yeah, have fun guys!

Anyway here's Jon-Luc, I didn't bother to strip the pants since they're all black anyway:

And his adversary, I hope that's a warrior purple- the photo darkened it, in real life it's sort of a lavender. No idea why since nothing on a Romulan uniform is that colour:

Gamera - Nice! I like that uniform the best of all the seasons. As for the lavender, man, I just don't know.

Thanks for the well wishes! Hopefully, we'll bring back some cool news.

Later,
