GROUND ATTACK GB
Posted by Matt-Joachim on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 10:10 AM

Each model completed ears you an extra tally  mark on t he badge!

The rules are simple: Any ERA, any Country, as long as it was an aircraft that provided ground support.

Any Fighter/bomber or even bomber. Any scale. The build will begin today, June 24, 2014 and last until June 24, 2015. If anyone has a problem with that date it can be extended with no worries just let me Know. Even rotors allowed!!!

A full year should give everyone plenty of time to enter plenty of high quality models.

Progress pics are a must

Cross overs are allowed but only SLIGHTLY started models will be accepted.

Enter as many kits as you like and most of all HAVE FUN!

hahaha, I said we would need to get help getting a banner, because I only know one way to get one.

Here is my method "HELLLLPPPPP, we need a banner for our group build",,,,,LOL

I am in with a loaded up A-4 Skyhawk to start with, probably a Marine bird from Chu Lai, get out your binoculars and set them for indoor use, my models are all 1/72.

LETS DO THIS FRIEND! I have SEVERAL ground attack planes. f-15E, A-10 Warthog, F4 Corsair 1, and and the A7 Corsair II. I might even build my p-38 in the bomber variant provided!!! :)))

The banner wont be a big deal. Like the mighty Hannibal said, "We will find a way, or we will MAKE one!"

Haha, I'm not sure many people will be able to complete their builds by the end of today!

Check your end date on the first page!

Put me on the list with a 1/48 Tamiya A-10A/C

I don't see why rotors wouldn't be allowed (unless there is some rule that I am unaware of)

If so I might even build a helicopter myself! The more the merrier.

Hope to have you on-board Waynec !

I've got this! I'll make a banner for us. I know I used to be a creative artist. To my understanding one only has to enter the group build to put the banner in their sig (that is what I read somewhere) But please, by any means correct me if im wrong

I hope this banner is good enough. Feedback is welcome.

It depends on the gb....most of them you have to complete your build first such as the rommel vs monty gb and the monogram mafia gb. But some of them, like the 3rd annual berny memorial gb allow you to take it when you enter.
