Welcome aboard, Bish.  Glad to have you here.  Your dioramas are always interesting and well-conceived.  The Eben Emael attack is an great subject.

Thanks. This one will be a challenge as in this case I will be trying to replicate a specific scene using a small number of photo's. Normally my dio's are more general scene not based an any specific photo's. I will need to damage up the glider a little which I have not done before. On the plus side, these aircraft were freshly painted in RLM 02 just before the attack so there's no weathering or markings to apply.

Terry, looking forward to that one. I was thinking about doing one of my Dragon Pz I's until the DFS 230 project popped into my head. I don't have the command version yet, so I will defiantly be keeping an eye on this one.

I've damaged plenty of models in my day, Bish--but never on purpose!  Battle-damage is probably an art form in itself.  I look forward to seeing your technique.

Bish thanks, this is one of those I'm really looking forward to. I've wanted to do the regular Panzer I but this command version comes with 4 figures and an array of radios. Cool. So tell me you're going to do a crash landed glider in a field, that would be awesome...

Sounds like it come with some nice bits and pieces. I think Dragon go a couple of Pz I command version kits, but this sounds like the one to get.

Its not exactly in a field, its on the roof of a Belgium fortress. IMHO, its one of the most daring assaults in WW2, but I think its largely unknown.

I have a new kit of the Tamia German Machine Gun Crew kit #35184 if anybody want's it for their build. Just let me know and It's on it's way. free shipping and all.

Steve, No kidding on the Char being rather pricey! Its the second most expensive kit in my stash. I don't know if you ever browse ebay but sometimes they can be had for under $40.

Glad you could join, Wayne.  A T-35 is a tank, I assume?  I haven't built any armor in years and years, so I'm kind of out of the loop with AFV's.

Thanks for posting that, Steve.  The last Japanese tank I built was from Aurora in the 1960's.  They had a line of armor in 1/48 scale.  Came with nifty figures.

That is a behemoth!  The little car could use it for a garage.

Then there's nothing compact about either one of them.  There'll be some "sticker shock" at the pump.

That's going to be a big model.  Can't wait to see Waynec build it.

Funny thing is, for all the size of the T-35, it only weighed the same as a Panther.
