I got the interior in, halves together and engine installed. I need to hook up a few more random hoses, linkages and tubes to make it look plausable.

Nice start, Steve.  Quite a delicate assembly.

Here is the pit and engine during assembly. I'm adding detail to the engine.

Sure can, Steve.  I've updated the build roster to reflect the Fieseler.

That's a very delicate, fragile-looking aircraft.

Check.
Since the Hurricane fell through due to wrong parts/fit issue, can I make it up with the 1/35 Hobby Boss Fieseler Storch in Regia Aeronautica colors?

Thanks for being part of this GB.  It'll be great seeing the B-24 come together in '43.

Another model with an outstanding finish Nick. I've built that kit years ago as an RAAF one, and its not an easy kit to get a great result from.

Cheers

Tony

I'm just taking it one GB at a time.

Great work, Nick.  You truly did a fantastic job.  And you are especially to be commended for that canopy and under-fuselage window.

Which photo do you like for the front page?  They all look good.

Nick, she looks pretty cool there in Finnish markings. Yes

Inspires me to get one  done up like this too, but on a captured Russian bird.

Griffin,Pat and CMK thank you for your comments.

This is the finished Finnish F2A2 not very accerate but lots of fun from Start to end.

...

Hi,

Your build looks great (especially the paint job), and as I understand it, most the external differences between the B239 and B339 version of the plane aren't really all that big, so its probably not really very much inaccurate at all. Smile

It's a very nice looking Buffalo Nick. I think you've really got the camo to bring it to life.

Cheers

Love the paintwork and colors, Nick.  Are those white bars on the tail victory marks?  There sure are a lot of them.

Hey Nick, you are doing a great job on that Buffalo.  So good that it is definitely on my wish list.  Very near the finish line.  Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
