Thanks for joining me on Mad Komet Tractor Day! Like you, I completed and painted the model, except the wheels. Of course, I'm now missing a wheel (I'll need to move the computer to find it). In reality, I wouldn't mind stripping the tractor, and repainting it, as I botched the paint job. I'd changed the settings on my airbrush and compressor, and forgot I did so... Really, I should have tested it first on scrap, but I didn't, and result was the paint went on with too much pressure, and too close to the airbrush. This meant that the paint shifted (I think possibly a bit too thin too, but that should not be a problem) after application, due to being blown into corners. This certainly makes the tractor cry out for weathering! At least the settings are now correct for the Komet.
Speaking of the Komet, the clear parts are in Future/Klear, and the cockpit is being cleaned up for assembly and painting.
