CSI, sounds like a TV show to me. OK in airsoft AEG stands for Automatic Electric Gun i believe. They can shoot semi auto and full auto at up to 450 fps. Spring actions typically shoot around 130 fps in my experience.

actuall, you can get an AEG up to 700fps. Evil [}:)] No thanks!

Nick, looks pretty sweet! Have fun!
Oh, and if you see an AEG on Ebay for 30 bucks, dont buy it. It is an off brand company and will shott about 150fps. One of my friends made that mistake.

Ya is freakin crazy. Obviously almost all, if not all, fields outlaw them.

Theres lots of accsesorries. You can get slings, mags, lights, scopes, If they have it on a real gun, they make it for airsoft. (I think...)

I am going for a 3 tone bloch type scheme Normandy 44. I am pretty sure I will be getting some mig pigments pretty soon so I will be able to expirament!Big Smile [:D] Probably some mud since it was wet around the time of Dday. For shadinding, I usually post shade, but I am not sure I will be doing to much if I do any at all. Deffinetly going to add highlights though. I also want to put it on a small base so I can show the working suspension.

Question for you a/c builders: DO you build the whole model, and the paint it?Or do you paint as you go?

I build and paint the cockpit (detail paintind, dry brushing oil washes the whole shebang) then i close th fuselage halves, attach the wings and tailpnaes and anythig else that will go on and still be easy to airbrush.

I do a bit of both building fully and painting during, although the latter is the more frequent one as I build and paint the cockpit before glueing the fuselage together because its easier!
