well, i guess that idea died before i even keyed it in.

neways, what did you get for your mig tanky? the 1/144th tiger is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that really tops the 1/35 stuff.

i think i know the guy who was selling the 'figures'. i saw him at the northeast regional in sturbridge mass about 3-4 years ago. i started pagin through his tuff and he came over and stopped me. was pretty funny actually. neways, i wish i was there

the aicompressor and t-34 is what really gets me jealous. i need a new brush and compressor.

thats pretty surprising tanky, i thot youd have done real well with that one. from the pics ive seen of the other stuff you were well into if not above the class those other guys were building in. sometimes they do it just to let other kids win something. thats happened to me. ill enter in like 4-5 models, and 3 will place, while the others will loose to one piece that a younger kid entered. i wouldnt sweat it, its a boast to those kids to keep modeling. and as we all know, i love competition!!Mischief [:-,]Mischief [:-,]

and yeah, which ones did place higher than you? i dont see any dios there either.

thnx reb!Big Smile [:D]

Ok, just a word of advice for anyone planning on getting and using the detail sets I did. The Trakz T-34 interior and Aires fw-190 d9 detail set are EXTREMELY EXTREMELY
difficult to use. I normally say modelers of any experience can handle most things, but for both of these, you really really need to have some serious experience under your belt.
I would say at the evry least you should have experience using resin before and probably at leats a year of heavy experience under your belt. The Verlinden King kitty
engine pack is not as difficult, but please not the ENTIRE rear portion of the kit must be removed in order to install the verlinden pieces. The Aber PE isn't for beginners either.
OK, so I just thought i'd post to enlighten you folk on apporximately how difficult the detail sets are to use.

I must emphasize, especially the Aires set requires EXTENSIVE surgery. Other than that I can highly reccomend all of them, expecially thet Trakz interior! You guys should seriously get it!

Hey reb seeing as your an expert on these things I was wondering if you could help me? I'm wanting to invest in a new BB gun and I was wondering whats the best? although it will have to be spring loaded as A.E.G's are unfortunatly illegal over here!
I'm wanting to get either a MP5 or a M4 carbine what do you think?

With a sprin action I think you're goign to get apparoximately the same performance from both, but i think the carbine would be more accurate. Don't trust me though, listen to reb.

I HEARD THAT!!!!!
DYT!!! I BET YOUVE BNOUGHT THE EARTH NOW THAT IVE GOT BACK!!!!
seriously though, glad you guys missed me. I havent had this much attention since I danced the Guten Tag hop-clop in front of everyone at heathrow. It was great over there. saw tons of brits with funny hats and scary lookin MGs.

I'dve taken a picture of the airport guards with MP5s, but one of them looked like he just got back from the pub and i didn't feel like pissing him off.
A T-shirt said: "a balaced irish diet: a beer in each hand"
A che T-shirt said: "She'a: alive and well and living in eire"
funniest pic: It's a bird! It's a plane! No, its....Medieval head lice!!
cool pic: big a$$ trebuchet (catapult)
good pic:london eye with the moon in the background.
and when I got back, guess what was waiting for me: yep, the long awaited

dundundun...

AIR COMPRESSOR!!!!!!

I tried it out:

I think i thinned the paint way, way too much, but I'm soooooooo happy now!!!!!!Approve [^]I haven't felt this good since we crammed 18 people into a hot tub that was designed to fit 6. 17 of those people were girls and the 18th was me. What else can i say.....Tongue [:P]Blush [:I]Wink [;)]
I'd do it again now, but i'm listening to some extraordinarily perky german music.Headphones [{(-_-)}]

Ok now that ive taken the time to look back over some of the other pages, i'd just like to say...

THOSE PICKS MAKE ME DROOOL! SERIOUSLY, I WAS SALAVATING!!

good kits, many kits, stuff for kits....SOVIET TANKS!
