Any idea for camo?

Well, I started a little today. I cut all the parts I´m not using from the sprues and selected AMRAAM:s and launchers and sorted the parts in different bags. I´m also studuing some reference material now.

Hahahah!
Stopped too.
I make a B-58 Hustler from Italeri and yesterday started a Eurofighter!
Planned a ghost camo for Eurofighter as a Hellenic Air Force.

Hi guys, here is the pictures that is the inpiration for my build, it looks just beautiful.

I going to do it like on the picture: in flight, two sidewinders, four AMRAAMS, no fuel tank, gray scheme and insignias.

Here is what I´m going to use, the Italeri kit and a Hasegawa weapons kit for the AMRAAMS and launchers (I have to modify them a bit)

Take care /Johan

Yes, it's NMF that shines Cool [8D]
And I actually didn't do all that progress since the start of the GB, I had started before, but I have been working further on with the little beauty since you came up with the idea.
Hope it's OK?

Ha haLaugh [(-D] that is sooo true, why is that?

Can´t tell too much from the pic, but it looks like you´re making good progress. Did you do all that now? Is it the NMF that shines so brigt?

keep it up /Johan

Thanks! I have already started on the little Viggen. Here is a (very bad) picture of it
.
Next thing I think will be to attach the nose gear and canopy. When I get the time! Unfortunately, there are a dozen other kits I have to finish before I finish this. Why is it so easy to start new projects, but so hard to finish them!?!

Mick, that sounds great, cant wait to see them.

I,m thinking of doing a 1/72 gripen, in flight with four AMRAAM´s on it. I´ve been wanting to do that since I saw a picture of it that I fell for. I will post it.

Good new for me, regarding the What Ifs! Thank you!

I have another thought regarding the Group Build:
• Does it have to be Air Force aircrafts? Can't it just be Swedish GB instead? We have the Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Customs and many other official and governmental users, and there might be someone interested in building something from those services.

For all interested, here are some links to model kits of "Swedish aviation"

I think I have a SAAB somewhere in my stash, but I'm starting to pack up for a household move so I can't really start anything for a while....
If you let it run to the end of the year, or an open-ended one, I could participate once I get settled in (and set up) in the new house....

Mike - I know what you mean with all the GB:s, and you´re in with a few more than I am.
There´s no rush, we could make this last the year out, or open ended. Drop in whenever you like.
You are welcome to do a "what-if" if you like, or combine GB:s for that matter, this may be a good time for me to do that F/A-18 we talked about before(although that is not a "true" what-if since it actually flew with Swedish markings)

Sounds interesting! But ... with all the other GB's ongoing, what start/finish-dates are we talking about? If it is sometime in the autumn, do count me in for several builds!
Otherwise, I have to combine some GB builds ...
And would What Ifs be allowed? I have plans to build some of the planes that were supposed to be in use in SwAF. Wouldn't a grey Zero or a nice splinter-coloured F-20 be great?!
