Thanks to all for the enthusiasm and support!

DrewH, Dubau and any others who have not received a gift- I'm sending out an email today to all who have not confirmed sending- don't worry. I haven't forgotten about you.

If you've not sent a gift to your recipient- please let me know when you do. And if you can't paticipate- PLEASE LET ME KNOW so I can make other arrangements.

Thanks so much to everyone.

OK, I've sent email reminders to those folks I do not have a record of them sending out their gift. If you have already notified me and I sent an email to you, I sincerely apologize.

I hate to nag, but quite a few folks have committed to sending a gift, and certainly I want the GB to be focused on the giving- but still, to be fair to all, everyone also had the expectation to receive a gift in turn.

I also understand that this time of year can be tough financially. If you are no longer able to participate, please let me know immediately. I would like to make other arrangements to make sure those who are participating receive a gift.

To those of you who have sent your gift but not received one- one way or the other I am committed to you getting one. YOU WILL GET A KIT. I apprecaite your committment, enthusiasm and support and I will honor that. So please don't worry.

As a "just in case" measure, if you would be able to step up in case anyone must drop out and "Santa" two folks, I'd certainly appreciate an email. However, PLEASE DO NOT FEEL OBLIGATED.

Thanks so much to everyone for your enthusiasm, you participation, and your understanding.

Mine's being posted Monday, and is on a 5 working day turn around, so, should be with my 'victim' by the 10th or 11th.  Think of it as an advantage: less temptation time before Christmas!

Hey Jon, just wanted to let you and my santa know that I recieved the package today. It arrived in one piece, however there is a small rip in the paper. It's just big enough to reveal the word "slide molded detail". I'm getting all giddy. I need my mom to hide it so I don't peek! Thanks Jon for this wonderful idea and thanks Santa for the thought you put into my gift. Makes a guy feel special!!!

UPDATE: The tree is up in the Radke household, and the FSM Secret Santa gift was the 1st (and only) gift under my tree. I can't wait, thanks again, Santa!!!

P.S. Sturz, you're talking about Highschool exams right? Good luck with those. I wish I could take highschool exams again. But alas, I am a college student now. Enjoy highschool while you still can, my friend!

My Mom's austrian and austrian tradition has it that the tree has to be put up on Dec. 24th.
So I have a lonley packet without a tree ... looks sad ... have to save that packet from depression ... going to unwrap it ... must control myself ... don't give up to the dark side ... only 20 days left! Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

Reminds me of the times when I went "gift-hunting" around the house!

I do love tracking!  I can see that the parcel, after being picked up here Monday, was in America by Tuesday, and today has left Clinton Field Ohio for, well, let's say another depot in America, where someone is hopefully waiting patiently!

Edited to add:

It was collected from here at 3:12pm Monday.  Today, at 10:42am (3:42pm here, or 50 minutes ago), the delivery was attempted but the person I'm delivering too wasn't home.  Wow!  Not just quick, but excellent to be able to track it, and see what's been happening.  I'm really really impressed!

Dear Santa - I have been a really good modeller this year. I am getting more details in to my builds, painting better with a brush (wasn't that acticle in FSM about the brush finished Corsair awesome?! I am pumped for getting better with a brush!), getting better finished seams, and learning to keep my mouth shut or use clean verbage when problems arise. So I am not getting a lump of coal for Christmas, right? No, really I have been good, really - ask my wife!

Cheers,

Eric

espins1- 15 pages and nothing built- that MUST be a record!

Hippy-Ed- yep! havin' a ball! Wink [;)] Glad to see you drop by!

Sturzkampf- Focus on school- it'll pay off! I'm sure your recipient will understand. Wink [;)]

Radmax8- Glad to hear it!

Avus- Maybe you could decorate a tree limb in the meantime? LOL

osher- Sounds great!

flippersdad- Sir, I hereby certify that you HAVE been a very good boy, and you will most definetly NOT receive a lump of coal! Big Smile [:D]

To one and all- I am so grateful to see everyone joyfully giving and anticipating the fun of opening their present. You guys are making this a great GB! Merry Christmas to all!
