Are the old Monogram only kits allowed or does it have to be something released under the joint banner?  I posted in the general forum that I would join with a Monogram F-84F.  I guess I will have to put that in a parking orbit until I hear from you on this question.

OK guys, so I stayed up till 1:20 in the morning yesterday to find out that the dental probe I bought as a scriber is a piece of crap. instead of panel lines, it's creaking something that looks like weld marks, and the point is not sharp enough, so the like is too wide and too shallow.

well, I'ma have to crack out my Mr.Surfacer, fill all of the lines, and rescribe with a better tool...

Hi jinitith2, I've never paticipated in one of these before and it seems it would be fun. However the problem I foresee in my joining if you would be so kind, is that my Revell is, like smokingguns33, The Gato class sub. Now the kit does come equipped for four differnt versions, so let me know.

On the desk, 2 Revell Blue Angel F-18's, Tamiya British Quad gun tractor, Tamiya Morris Mini

I did a lil shopping to get ready for the build. Most of it is from Detail Masters. Dist. Kit, elec wires, steel braided hoses for cooling lines plus billet brake rotors. I also grabbed a tamiya R34 dress up kit for some 18 in nismo wheels and there cool graffix.. sweeet. I have not decided which motor I want to go with, but if anyone knows where to get a 1/24 or 1/25 SR20det that would be my first choice.

Not sure if ima use these... detail is not the best.. but better than kits

SoapBox [soapbox]I checked squadron web site and they (being vendors of Everything for plastic) have no AM parts listed for the F-106Angry [:(!]  It looks like another OOB build for me. Sorry group leader.
