You've really got the P-47 work down to a fine art, Greg.  That one looks great.  But, why is the lobster always hovering nearby?

John,

it is an American plane with American markings but flown by Polish Ace Boleslaw "Mike" Gladych. The "lobster" is an eagle, a Polish fighter pilots wings.

amd here is Gabby's picture with Polish Wings given to him during his flying time with 315 Polish Squadron in England (1943)

I know its probably too late in in the GB for this but can I join in with a Tamiya P-47d Bubbletop?  I'm already kind of far in- almost all painted, working on wheels now.  If you can't accomadate me that's fine.

got some work done tonight.  Finished painting the olive drab anit-glare panel.  I had to redo the back part on the anti-glare and it came out much better.  Also am touching up landing gear and prop.

Hey Greg, You can sign me up for a 1/48 Tamiya Bubbletop. I had to get it, it sounded great. It sure has alot of detail. The problem was it cost 35$Black Eye [B)] hours of neighborhood work but it was worth it. I plan on doing this scheme here.

It will be hard but I'm looking forward to it. Smile [:)]

Welcome to the group.

$35 for a tamiya bubbletop is pretty good preice. You will enjoy building this kit. It like the kit does not neet any glue Smile [:)]

Enjoy and place a lot of pictures here

Can I go ahead and get my badge now, or does that wait until I'm completed?  and I know this has been explained a 1000 times, but how do i get it on my signature?

I was going after display case today and I found this one:

http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/10011055

the shelves will have to be multiplied Smile [:)] but it will be fairly easy, just solder few more holdings (about 1/8 inch wire) and glass pieces. I like it a lot. I will post my Tbolts when they land inside Smile [:)]

almost perfect for my three Thunderbolts Smile [:)]

Thanks Guys !

Be careful with this stuff. I almost ruined my Spit while using Agama decal solvant - it ate the PAINT around the decal Sad [:(]

Mine was not quite that bad gzt.  I was using Walthers for the first time and messed it up somehow.  The decals didn't settle real well and wrinkled, but I have fixed that and am back to my trusty Micro Set and Sol.Smile [:)]
