Manny: You're killing me!...a few rumors and speculations but nothing confirmed by you yet!

This reminds me of "Saving Private Ryan" where the troops have an ongoing bet as to where Tom's Hanks' characters (I forget the name) hometown is...Scene: The two guys are about to duke-it-out at that radar installation...Tom says, "So what's the amount up to now..."

dupes: Your Dad calls you dupes too...Confused [%-)]...I love that...LMFAO!!!!

I got my call sign because I am crazy about models and I was born in 1996 and my avatar is a picture of two of my three snakes, (ball pythons).

It is my understanding that MR has taken another "involuntary" leave from the forums.

Well, I wanted my name to be military related.  And I like belt-fed weapons.  So naturally...

All the cymbols on my drumset are Sabians.  And i like their logo, so...

I wish mine was a bit more creative.

Schnobs was my nick name in High School and the military because Southern Drill Instructors had a hard time with Private Schnabel so it was Private Alphabet or Private Schobs or other words I can't user here.  I remember being called Sports Fan and it didn't mean that!  Hey not a Souther Hater born in Ivring Texas.

stick pusher- an Army airborne slang term for the last man in a stick of jumpers- he "pushes" all the other jumpers ahead of him out the door. I was often assigned this spot on fixed wing aircraft jumps, so I took this as my screenname (contracted and minus the "c") on most online sites that I am a memer of. The opposite is called a "wind dummy"- the first guy out who shows what direction the winds are really blowing....Laugh [(-D]

this is me seated in a C-130 in stick pusher position, first man in the bird, last man out.

my current avatar is an artwork that I found online of a jumpmaster doing a door check, I just loved the shot.

of course all of you are setting there singing Blood On The Risers!! I'll start the first verse and we'll join in! "He was just a rookie trooper, and he surely shook with fright. As he heard the engines moaning, and he heard the engines groaning; You ain't gonna jump no more!"

My screen name means nothing much, but is just something easy to remember. Could have used my call sign like some did, but just never gave it any real thought.

Y'see, I work at a place where we make these reeeaaallly long sandwiches....Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and sometimes these sandwich's nuclear reactors need a little maintenance. We also work on these huge flat sandwiches that have jet propelled flies buzzing on and off of them.

I did not get to choose mine.  I signed up, never was asked for a screen name.  When I created the account the name on my email was now my screen name.  I wish I could change it.

HUH? 2009??? Who dug this up... Goose, don't you have anything better to do today! Wink

Obviously, I didn't bother with a screen name. I figure I've got too much info rattling around up there already, why add codenames to it. The only nickname I really get these days is (still) the gazelle, from my softball buddies. (I'm only 5'11" but have a long stride when running.)
