Excellent work on the wiring!  It is always a joy following your builds.

Nice wiring detail there Carl, your patience is paying off.

Finally i have some progress to show .I did some interior detail today . I put in a couple of simulated windshied wiper motors and ran the wiring for them . I also left some wiring hanging out from under the dash . I figured these guys werent very familiar with automotive electrical systems  and probably started yanking out wires  while on the back roads of Nam .

William , if your doing outside wiring be sure to cover your wiring with a tin can .............paint it orange so you can find it in the snow ............you'll need to do that when everything shorts out ............well maybe the smoke comming out of the snow might be a good indication of the location ...........

Ya don't need all those EXPENSIVE wire nuts... a simple twist and a little scotch tape is all it takes....

Well done on the doors amnd good use of the wire.

But what do you mean no brass?  Just  make a pattern of the door taking into account the linear expansion coefficient of 0.0000104" per degree of molten brass so it will be the correct size when it cools.  A 2 side extra fine sand mold, some brass in the kiln and VOILA! A brass accessory.  Don't forget to make the other side too or it will flop over like Fred Flintstone's car with the rack of ribs like the one that's going on that grill.

Oh thats for sure . Several of the scenes are really disturbing . That Russian roulette with the little v.c. A whole  guard was a good and satisfying one though ! Sure glad you like the build .

Doors are looking great, I am glad you took the time to drill and use wire... it will really pay off i the long run !  and the .022 wire you used is the perfect balance between size , durability and looks...AND it is what I use for my hinges LOL...You could have a cab foll of NVA with a prisoner playing Russian roulette... wasn't that their national pass time back then ?
