Masao, thats true mate.. You can tell that to the guys that wanted to innocently start a decal trading thread.. (no money involved).. But instead respected the wishes of the moderators!

Its a shame that the moderators dont come in here very often, because I guess sci fi isnt all that important. But it doesnt mean that you have the right to advertise when others dont.. Call me a narc, or whatever you want. But if we have to respect rules, then so does everyone else!.. Easy enough to understand I would think?

People who know me, know that I am not trying to start trouble, but I enjoy this site, and dont want a couple of people to use it like a door matt.. Not much to ask for!..  Now I dont have a problem with Linda, nor have I actually spoken to her, or know her.. So its not a request made out of spite or any particular feeling.. I just decided to highlight the rules that we all must respect.. I guess people like Ty and your good self seem to think that you dont count?

Ty, or who ever you are today?  So many alias's, so little intelligence.. Cant remember the last time you wrote anything of substance. But you havnt dissapointed in wanting to jump on the band wagon of other peoples battles.. Or kiss ****** to get something out of others!...Your a legend mate!~ I expect a reply.. Wonder if you can keep still?... I doubt it!

I prefere to stay out of thing like this however FSM is my home too. Now starting something up with "AG" has nothing to do with this or any other thread. So far he has been respectful of the rules here and that age old problem needs to be burried so we can all get back to the hobby.

I don't think from reading the rules that there have been any violations of said rules. No one has offered this kit for sale on the fourm here nor is Woody selling the kit himself. According to the rules if someone knows where a product can be found then it is ok for that information to be given when asked. Linda didn't violate the rule as far as I can see in that she only stated where it could be found.

In the "Garage kit" biz the fourms are where we see whats new and exciting in the works and in the case of the Baton Rouge build a ton of usefull information that we can all gain from. I know that I am gratefull for the information and anything that can be gained from this fourm and those that share in it.

Its funny isn't it.. All I did was ask someone to respect the rules.. And it has been blown out of all context.. This never had anything to do with saying anything badly against Woody and or Linda.. I am infact a fan of the design that Woody has displayed in this thread..

Like Linda, I dont know Woody. So in saying that. Any comments that I have made, have no meaning of spite or ill-feeling!..

The fact that a whole page has been wasted because of it, is in my mind a little puzzling...

Ty, your God bless my family line is a classic!.. You are about as sincere as my big toe mate!Black Eye [B)] Your just too funny!

I have been reading this for awhile and probably keep out of it but since this forum do have moderators, let them decide if it is advertisement or not.  I just want to come here see everyones work and talk about modelling.  I do not think Linda was advertising since all throught out this thread and the Starfleet Museum Group Build thread, everyone has been asking to be notified when it is available.  That is not advertising but sending out info on availability.  I am stopping now because I think I am already in hot water with a couple of other people for my comments in another thread somewhere else.  I just want to have other modeling friends to share and learn.

Another Starfleet Museum Group Build would be nice.  Maybe something in March and this time have it more of a workshop thread with an unofficial time limit, especially since most of us went over.  We at lest I have.  I have started my USS Dadaelus class but I am stuck on how to get a section made. I will figure it out.

I would personally be very interested in an "Oldies but Goodies" Star Trek build (Pre-TNG).

And Woody, you still got a sweet kit there.  I wish it were styrene.  Am to shy to try resin yet.  Too, anything sci-fi I plan to build I want to run lights and stuff, and resin is just not hollow enough.

Woody's kit would be a great one to jump into the resin realm with Aric, and we would all help you with any questions. They're not really that intimidating. And I think another GB is in order(any ST subject) as it helps us all get kick-started into another project, and build off each others' progress.

Hopefully the hijacking of this thread is overwith, I think some apologies to Woody are in order. This kind of stuff reminds me of a playground.............................!!!

Well, I have a PL 1/1000 Enterprise (TOS) and Klingon Battlecruiser coming in the next week, plus landed the old TOS Enterprise/Klingon/Romulan small models kit on E-Bay (due to be mailed).

I am rather hoping the old kit matches up with the PL kits size-wise.  In any case, am geared for Star Trek TOS / kitbashed variants in the next week or two.

Once these are done, I may consider this resin set, except I really am gearing for doing kits with lights.
