It's good to be back and building again. Really helps out.

....and I hope that continues to be the case, my friend. Modeling can be very therapuetic. The challenge sometimes is getting to the bench and starting.

Looks like you've made it past that hump and that's great!

Thank you.  And I think you are right.  I'm on the downhill side now.  LOL!

Thank you Jack.  I looked up colors for those and specifically Barkhorn's.  Got close I think, but not exact. Thanks again.

Nice work, Eagle. Glad to see you making itback to the bench.

Side note - what about a 2017 109 build? Eduard has released its gorgeous G and F series, and I somehow just realized that I've apparently been stashing these and have something like eight 109s I need to build.

Thank you BD.  Good to be building again.

2017 109 GB!?  Hummmm.  Wink

If somebody wants to run one of those that would be great! I might be up for a co-hosting job if anyone is interested in taking the reigns.

Eagle -- great job finishing a nice model, and deepest commiserations on your difficult times. Good to be back in the saddle, I bet. Cheers, Mike/TB379

Thank you!  It does feel pretty good.  Have to get used to my new set up.  The one I had before was much bigger and I was used to the layout.  LOL!  I frequently sit there and look around trying to find something.  Embarrassed  That, and I don't have the family saying I'm stinking up the house now that I have the paint booth.  LOL!

It's really great to see you around again Eagle. Sorry to hear what happened to your wife bud. Still lifting up prayers for you pal. I almost lost my wife in February due to a ruptured brain aneurysm. Scary stuff but she survived it all and we are blessed to have her here. Take care and will be in touch.

Your pic is posted on the wall of fame up front BTW.

That is so awesome to hear your wife is fine!  Hug and kiss her every day!  Wink  And thank you for the prayers.  Greatly appreciated.

Thanks!  Feels good to have it done.

Eagle90

Thanks Bobby and I never stop letting her know just how much I love her. Hang in there bud and I look forward to seeing more building out of you. I'll try to do a better job of posting in the 1946 GB. These dang auto builds have just about taken me over.

Hey everyone.  As some of you might know, I had a life changing thing happen and I was out of the model building bit while moving and all.  I have finally gotten settled down (as much as possible), have a new home, and have started building again.  I had entered this GB but was not able to finish it.  Well, as they say, better late then never.  Finally finished her up.  Not my best build (getting back into it is taken some time Embarrassed), but looks nice on the shelf.  LOL.  Enjoy.

Thanks Mustang, and thanks for hosting.

I have occasionally looked at the RH&R GB, your wagon is looking good. Some good stuff happening there, I really should try a non plane build once the current planes are finished...
