II have three jerry cans that go on the back of the Leopard's turret, of two different types, one has 3 bars for a handle at the top, the other two have one handle. From what I can tell, the first is a steel can and the latter two are plastic. I assume fuel goes in steel and water in the plastic ones? Are these colored differently or are all jerry cans an OD green regardless of what they contain now?
The pictures I see on vehicles all look like they have OD cans, but aren't there tan ones as well for the desert theaters? I think these may be a little more aesthetically pleasing to break up the monotony of the NATO Green
