Amazing work Karl, it reminds me of the show. Look just like it.

That's amazing Karl, love her!!!

Only question though, I'm sadly not that familar with the series I'll admit. Were the waste drums not strapped down in the studio model? Luna gravity is only 1/6th of Earth but the inertia is the same, so I'd be afraid those suckers would slide around and right off the pallot. Not a question of your model, just wondering why they depicted it this way.

Karl, that is amazing work! I am not sure why you would receive a one star rating either, perhaps the individual did not know what they were doing. I do appreciate this wip as it is very informative and full of techniques that I will have to give a try at some point. Thanks for putting forth the time and effort to show us this.

Karl,

The Eagle looks fantastic! The extras, the painting, and the weathering are all top notch. Great job!

Wow Karl, really stunning .. from the initial stage until now, your craftmanship is stunning!!! As exciting as it is to see the final product of your labour, its sad that this log will be ending soon as it was really interesting and exciting to follow.

Thanks, Cliff! No, there;s nothing securing those pods. They're just on there by dint of their weight apparently. They slide off the cargo pad on a conveyor belt. Thanks again for following along on this build!

Thanks, Greg, yeah it's been 30 years! But good news---the complete box set is out! I'm currently working my way through it. I remember my crush on Zienia Merton ("Sandra" on the show) Trying to get my wife sit through an episode....lol

THNKS AGAIN, ALL!! Smile

It's perfect. They could start filming another episode with that model.
