Brian - Joe Hudson "Highlander242" is currently featured in FSM for a series of "How To's" on painting figures. His current feature is a western figure where is showing different shading tones and techniques.

Wow guys; I'm sincerely humbled and thankful for the call-out and kind congratulations of everyone here. Honestly, it never gets "old" to get a story in the magazine, and it's nice to get the "extra" recognition like this and to feel appreciated by my friends, old and new, here on the forums. It's truly an honor to be part of this magazine and forum! . Many sincere thanks to all!!

Yeah, just got my issue the other day. Great article there Karl, and not only published but the front cover! Pretty awesome to be on the cover of a major magazine. I'm still waiting for GQ to call me about being on their cover though...

Anyway, I would appreciate you not advertising it much; I don't want to turn this place into a circus with fans who have no real interest in modeling, but just want to interact with a "band member". I'm sure you understand. :)

Well, on to Sweden, and then home, soon. Can't wait to get back to the bench!

Well done Karl! I've always loved checking out your posts and your models; I just don't ever post much here anymore. If your band is ever in the LA area, I'll try to stop by and say hello; maybe if you can pull away, I can take you to one of the seven Hobby Shops still around out here. Meanwhile, I'll continue to silently foillow your work on here.
