Hey people, IPMS-Manila, would like to invite you on April 25, 2004
at 1:00 pm, 4th floor U.P. Diliman's College of
Architecture Building. Topic would be airbrushing. Or visit out web site
at www.geocities.com/ipms_manila for more info. Thanks.
Let us all just build our models happily, it works.
Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

Uy! Airbrush lessons? Pwede ba ako maki sit-in? Smile [:)] I hope it's alright.... I'm just a newbie airbrusher and any tips, pointers, and techniques I can take I believe will develop my skill further.

Oki lang ba (mag sit-in) despite me hailing from another club?

You are most welcome to come, despite that you come from another club.
There are still more lessons and topics to be tackled too.

Yeah Sigman. Been a while. Last time was Y2000, work-related. Guess a lot has changed since then. Nwy, if i had the time and money to spare for a vacation, like airfare to Cebu & all, i'd rather spend it on kits before they're bought-off the shelves by everybody. Hehehe. But I'd like to got there again...sometime in the near future with my family.

Hi Sir Ben and to all fellow IPMS, Manila members.

Sorry for not being able to attend yesterday. Family outing at Batangas and since it was my birthday last Sat., I couldn't squeeze my way out. Am sure I missed a lot, specially the chance to see Noel's wares at his house. Next time, i guess. Rgds!

Yeeeeyyyy! Thank you po Sir. I hope it will not be too taxing on your part kakahiya naman. :o) Pwede po paturo mag-open ng panel sa plane? ;o)

Lipton,
sure, i'll try to bring one next meeting, so how's the Enigma (Iraqi T-55) coming along?

Di ko pa po na-a-update enigma ko. I'm currently stuck with my Sabre for the BACup contest, but don't worry I will work on it this weekend. Di po ba mahirap gawin ang ships? How is it compared to armor/planes? :o)

@Lipton,

Sorry for the late reply, well, yeah depending on the subject and the level of accuracy you want to achieve, i'm a mix builder and honestly, i'm still having problems with the transition...armor to ships, ships to aircraft and what have you... what really motivates is the subject no matter how difficult the build will be your still be having fun.Big Smile [:D]

realistically speaking, on my part when a build is really taking too long, i always have another different build in reserve to relieved the "umay" .Smile [:)]

currently i'm stuck with my F-8 for the BAC cup which is taking tooo long to build, until Allan posted his finished PAF F-8H at arnorama inspired me to push forth he'd promised to bring the kit next meeting...did i also mention inspiration?Big Smile [:D]

Allan's 1/72 ESCI kit had short commings but, his finished kit came out pretty good.Big Smile [:D]

i'll bring my camera as back-up.Wink [;)]

@Halo,

Hello halo!Big Smile [:D] what's up?Question [?]

Emjaetee,

I have a check with sptoys, no available stocks on 1/72 x-35, but they still F-35 Nato/USAF version in 1/35 scale made by Panda.

Happy Modeling

Hello guys!

I'm Dennis Ferriol from IPMS, Manila. Been around the hobby for quite a while. I build mostly 1/35 armour but i do get my hands on some 1/72 A/C and 1/350 Ships, every now and then. Gearing up to try some Diorama work in the near future.

Yah, thinking about Cebu brings back old memories. Been there twice. One thing I miss most is a night-out at the Waterfront. Hehehe...

Nyak! I'm neither familiar with Ever Gotesco nor Commonwealth (UP nga lang halos mawala na ako dun e) cause I really am not familiar din with the QC area.

I'm sorry but I have to take a raincheck sa airbrushing lessons muna, something else came up and I have to be in the Las Pinas area later in the afternoon. Baka magkanda-wala pa ako pabalik and be late with my appointment if I decide to go to UP pa. Black Eye [B)]

I hope you'll hold another session of "airbrushing 101" I could join in the future wherein any of my personal errands won't get in the way. Banged Head [banghead]

next time you go there, make it during dinagyang season... that's in january.
