That came down from our mole inside the Dept of Transportation. It's a smoke-screen op, confusing the authorities long enough for "the package" to make its rounds. This conspiracy is bigger than all of us!

My agenthas been at the drop point at precisely 2:29pm EST, flashing the coded sequence on his Lil Orphan Annie Secret Decoder ring as the Project is extremely Frageelay and imported from the Great White North. As of yesterday, No Joy.. repeat No Joy..( of course no couriers work on Sunday )...

Yeh.  Resin is much harder, more rigid, and harder to bend or break than PE.  And the right amount of resin can really impress the ladies at the model shows....
