This came in the mail, today.

This will force me to complete my stalled T-62.  I'm sure I can complete this by September.

Guess I can sit with the cool kids in the cafeteria, now.

Carlos:  Was thinking an irregular line ("squiggily") pattern of pale grey over a standard green/dark green splinter scheme.  Ventral area light grey or light blue.  I'll research the appropriate RLM colors.

Maybe add Defense of the Reich color bands somewhere.  Its a fictional (Luftwaffe '46?) situation, so i can play some.  No where near the super detail you and others engage in (self-torture?).  Haven't built an aircraft since the early 1970's.  Should be interesting.

I appreciate the good vibes.

Wish we could find  the GB badge.

Well, some HOs eventually arrive by mail...

An unnamed Imperial Canadian Postal Official has offered no comment on the location of the Crozier/Horten HO229.  He would say that the "rebel scum" would eventually destroyed.

In closing, the Imperial Canadian Postal Official stated the those "Rebel Scum" who engaged in one-word comments in a popular internet forum would, like-wise, be dealt with most "sternly".

Picked up my mask set today, hope to apply it tomorrow, and maybe throw some paint around... Getting the urge to break into the second Ho too.

MajMike,

Congrats on getting the Ho in the mail. I think you will find it goes together pretty quick with not too many gotcha's. Nice way to ease back into aircraft and come back from the dark side of the force (Armor).

Now get busy with it!

Hercmech: I've got to clear my desk of the T-62A for the "Made in USSR" GB.  Then, to work on the HO.  Then, begin on a Panzer IIIL for the "Panzer III" GB.  These GB's are worse than crack cocaine or an  lusting enthusiastic woman!

Re the HO, I think I'll keep it simple with a splinter camo job and Defense of the Reich color bands.

It paints up pretty easy as it has a lot of flat surfaces and not many fiddelly bits to knock off while you mask.

Heyyyyy, that guy has a blister pack of chewing gum stuck to his shirt... and four school-board-issued chalk holders stuffed in his pockets! Why does anyone need four chalk holders - something isn't right here... Hmm

Actually, they both moonlight as coaches of a girls volleyball team.
