Sounds great Josh, You're on the list. Thumbs Up [tup]

You guys have got me thinking that maybe my little 1/72 scale Me 163 is a tad underacheiving with all your 1/48 Eduard weekend kits.  I may have to poke around and see what else is in the stash. Big Smile [:D]

Here is a pic of the box art of the Bf108 Taifun, which is the only scheme included.  That won't be a problem though, I think it's gorgeous!  Tongue [:P]

I think it's gorgeous too Scott.  I love desert schemes.

I'm thinking I might take a trip to the darkside for this one.  I have a 1/72 Dragon Sherman that might be good for a quick build.  Overall Olive Drab and they have the nice seperated road wheels that make for easy painting.  I'll have to take anotherlook at it tonight.  Either that or I have an Academy 1/72 Fw 190 A8 that would be nice too.  Decisions... Newest FSM issue has that Taifun in it. Cool looking little plane. Cool little story about that exact one too.

Put me down for Airfix 1/72 Brewster Buffalo.  Hopefully I'll have an airbrush by then.

I was talking to Dupes about this GB at Granitcon and thought it was a cool idea. The only problem was I did'nt think I would be able to complete an armor build in just a 48 hour period.

But then I won a couple of kits in the raffel and one might just be perfect for this.

I hope the armor guy's are sitting down.............

My six year old nephew is into plane's and it will be going to him when it's finished.

Yeah, I have the same anthology, seemed appropriate.

 Hello,

Sounds like fun. tried a couple of weekend builds myself. Ended up being just short af 2 weeks when I finished. If there is room for another count me in with the 1/48 Eduard Weekend Edition Fokker DVII.

Yes, but I have the same anthology, and scanned it in for the badge, seemed appropriate.

Gees, Matt, I have been giving Sean credit for the badge but when I saw the post above I went back and checked and realized that I've been having a senior's moment (and I'm not even close to being a senior) for the whole past week.  Sorry about that.  I'll correct the credit on the front page.  Blush [:I]Blush [:I]Blush [:I]Blush [:I]Blush [:I]

I am getting stoked for this weekend build.  And total joy as of right now. Party [party]  I am on first shift.  Just changed jobs and didn't know what I was going to be working during the 48 hours.  I guess picking the bimp was a good decision.

Also I ordered out the decals and a barrel for this build.  Heck, last night I dug though my paint stash and got the colors on the side for it.

Moose, glad to hear that your shifts will work out and dongradulations on the new job.  I might be looking for a new job myself soon at the rate things are going. Whistling [:-^]

Smeagol, by all means yes. get out the instructions and plan out the build ahead of time so that you can tackle it in the most efficient way.  Sounds like a great idea. Thumbs Up [tup]
