I put the decals on tonight, here are the progress pictures up to that point.  I did some more work on my Spitfire painting templates, set them up for both A and B patterns and for Malcolm hood or bubble canopy

Nice job on the Spitfire.

I'll be back soon with some update pics on the big Stuka, as it's about 99% finished!

Thanks, Karl and Mobious.

Here it is finished.  Comments and criticism welcome, but not about that stupidly thick antenna wire.  I need to stretch the e z line down to a thinner diameter but hate it when I go too far and it bends the mast the next day.

I have wanted to do a series of 19 Squadron airplanes so I did Brian Lane's airplane with the yellow spinner and white K code letter.  Hope I got the right side letters placed right.  I know they are in the right grouping and sequence, but I'm not sure about the roundel placement.  Now that it is done I'm sure a brilliantly clear photo of that side will surface.

I also reworked my templates so they also cover the Malcolm Hood airplanes, A and B patterns, samples at the end and anyone that would like a copy just ask and I'll send them as jpegs.

John well done on a very nice build, I did the very same aircraft for this group build myself. The templates look great, thanks for the links, I'll pop by and grab some.

Karl, can't wait to see your stuka.

Cheers...
