I have a pair of 45mm AT guns, a 76mm AT gun, some troops (one has a woman on the sprue), and some horses/limbers bringing in supplies. I need to locate some more troops though to complete my scene. |

Oh my
God, how completely cool. That will really be an eye-catcher when it's done.
Meanwhile, back at the Dunn Ranch ...
I started PST's "little" 152mm D-1 howitzer last night. The track is going to have to wait, though hopefully I will have the gun finished tonight (after I shoot my pre-shade on my Panther, which I can do tonight because I washed all the components last night.)
Mini-review: pretty good shapes, the plastic is fairly good to work with, though there are teeny parts attached to a big fat sprue that take time to clean up. So far the level of detial is quite passable for 1/72nd, though this is no Revell Germany braille scale piece.
Instructions are not horrible, but are very vague in places. injector pin marks are on some of the larger pieces, but were not that hard to remove. The breech block on the main gun piece had a huge hole in it that needed to be fixed.
So far I give PST a 6 out of 10. But then again, I haven't tried to put the gun shield on yet, so that grade could change. I'll post pics when the gun and prime mover are built, before I paint or weather them.
