Part of me wants to try something epic like Bill is doing (TWO Special Hobby kits, an extra ration of rum for you sir!) but my completion rate is pretty sorry (kinda like my Rangers bullpen in the late innings of Game 6).  Don't know what it will be yet, but it will probably be fairly simple.  Only three weeks to go til D-Day.

I think I may bang out a Revell Cylon Raider. Not 100% on that, but so far it's leading the pack!

Kugai

Still trying to pick a kit here.  If I can't find something else that can be done in 48 hours I may end up trying one of the 1:144 Macross 7 twin kits.

That would be a cool build to see Kugai.  Nice to have a little variety in the build selection!  Cool

Show off!!! Yes  Now I'm going to have to rethink my build selection.  It's feeling a little like a V2 rocket in comparison.  Embarrassed

(Speaking of rockets... where is Frank these days?)

1/72 Special Hobby De Haviland Sea Hornet.

A beautiful aircraft, but a Special Hobby kit?  This is 48 hours not 48 days?  Be lovely to see it finished!

No sweat. I'll do two.

But here's the thing...

It's all Dave's fault.

1/72 Special Hobby De Haviland Sea Hornet.

I will be on a late track though.

Jeff was gracious enough to put up a second model as company last year to keep me interested, he's a King.

I am in Southern California on business 11/15- 11/19 and then in Philadelphia 11/20-11/22. But after all of that I will build on the weekend after Turkey Day, the 25th-28th.

I did aircraft and armor last year. The armor kit was done so I could be Bill's wingman the following weekend when he did his build. I think think year it will be just one and most likely aircraft.

ALRIGHT!  MORE RECRUITS!  Propeller

Dostacos, Jeff, welcome aboard guys.

I'm not sure what I'm going to build yet either.  Went armor last year so maybe I'm back to aircraft.  I've got a Heller De 520 or a Super model Maachi 202 and a 205.  Decisions, decisions!!!  Confused

at the suggestion of vetteman, I'll try my hand at this "weekend madness" thingamajig. NO guarantees I'll be able to participate however; it all depends on what my classes are like that week(end).

You will have fun! Plan ahead, map out the steps you'll take first, the long term stuff like Future on the clearies and wash and dry the sprues.

Dave's back!  Put me down as well.  Anyone heard from Frank or Richie?  By the way, it's still your fault.
