Nathan, looking at those pics, I think the one with the damaged undercarriage is a D-3. Theres no MG 151 barrels and it looks like it has dive brakes.
The one in the tree's, I am not to sure. the last pic does look like it has the mounts for the dive brakes, so again I would say a 3.
It can be a bit confusing with the D series, the ones I am really having trouble with though is the 7 and 8. Different references give different accounts of those variants.
Clemens, that G with the yellow band is the only pic I have seen of it as well, but I will check my references again to see if there are any more. I will also check for any more Hungarian or Italian machines.
Nathan, what book are those pics from. I have not seen that G white wash before.
