I would have voted for the Jagdpanzer E-100, but Trumpeter's kit is if my least favourite version of it. Trumpeter's is the middle one I think.

Hey Bish. Yup, I'll throw in with the lot of ya. Not sure what I'm going to build just yet but, I'm leaning towards something USN aviationish. Yet, at Bish's suggestion, I may finally try my hand at a ship model. Not sure if I have something in 1946 configuration/camo though.

Oh, and Bish, build the E-100.

Deuce and a half equals 2 1/2 ton. In card playing the 2 cards are deuces.

Bish - Forget the fuel truck, but put me down for the 1 35 scale Deuce and a half cargo truck by Tamiya as well as the B 35 flying wing. They just won't be going together. I'm assuming the truck still fits for 1946?

Tamiya didn't, and still don't. I think since the b-35 is such a big airplane, anything beside it will look small. It's 1 48 scale  I hope I'm not wrong on this, but, I'll give it a try.

Bish, I've decided the B-35 Flying Wing needs the US Airfield Fuel Truck 2 1/2 Ton 6x6, by Tamiya. So, Please add that.

Bish, It's okay, no worries. I knew it was a long shot myself.

The x/y B35 Northrop Flying Wing will be 1/72 scale. I'm just not sure if it will be AMT or Italeri. There is always some on Ebay. I read somewhere that they are doing a repop of the x/y B49 Flying Wing, but that is with the jet engines. I've always wanted to do the B 35 any way.

 I just found a web site that said the Skif T 54/55s are all bad.I want to to go with a Tamiya T55a in 1 35 scale.

I read the T55a was in service from 1946 to the present and designed 1945–1958

I have built a few Skif kits. I personally like them, but they are NOT shake & bake. Modeling skills required. And their tracks are best replaced with anybody's AM tracks.

GT98: I think there was an article a few years back in FSM where a guy kitbashed a T-44. The wheels and turret are the same as a T-34/85 and the hull is slab sided so he built it up with plastic sheets.

As to Skif I think they're one of the old East European companies, not an easy build but I've seen people do a great job with them. Just going to be a lot more work than a Tamiya or Dragon kit.

Bish pencil me in for the T54a 1:35 scale by Skif. Is Skif a good model company? Does anyone here know?

T-44s look cool.  They're a little more streamlined-looking than the T-34-85.
