Under New Ownership GB [February 2005]
Posted by rebelreenactor on Thursday, September 2, 2004 12:47 AM
February 1st---June 30th

1. can't be under origianal owner or ally of owner. (example- cant be a sherman under British or canadian use, the sherman would have to be in german markings or other Axis markings.)
2. PE, Am, Scratchbuilt all ok.
3.Planes, Armor and soft skins, ships and boats.
4. doesnt have to be historically accurate
5.Must have Fun!Big Smile [:D]

Well what do you guys think?
let me know. And as always, I am open to suggestions.

This is a good idea, John! I've been meaning to do a P-51 in Luftwaffe colors for some time now. And that's a lot of time to prepare for. Count me in!

Cheers,
onyan

Count me in!

Sounds fun to me - maybe a Zero in US markings or a P-47 in German markings. I'll think about it and come back with specifics.

Here's one I made earlier.
I built a T34 in German markings a couple of years ago. I really enjoyed it so I reckon I'm up for doing something new!.

You say no figs, but what I have in mind would need two figs, otherwise the affect of the dio would get lost.
If this is OK you can count me in for a Junkers Stuka, in (or actually getting its) British markings.

Count me in as well! I'll be doing a IL-2 in german markings. If it starts in Feb 05, when is the finish date?

Stir not the bitterness in the cup I have mixed for myself!

If I were the moderator I would say it should be historical POSSIBLE.

Hey, I'm in, as long as you guys start in Feb. I'm thinking about a Canadian Challenger II. I'll be using the trumpeter 1/35 kit, and maybe use it in a diorama (is that ok?). I think it's time Canada replaced its Leopard I's!!Cool [8D]

Cool!! Just got in some 1/32 markings for a captured Me-109E! Found the Hasegawa kit at the second hand store on base for $6, so I really can't lose if I want to try some P.E. ,too. This will also be my first 1/32 a/c, EVER! Should be interestingBig Smile [:D]

I think I'd like to join this as well. I have several kits on the waiting list that I could easily make into captured vehicles. I've already done several:

Same here! I already have several KV's in German markings, all I need are the T-34's.
