Darren! Is he ok? I thought maybe he did not survive the attack on his secret workshop by the dog raiding party!

Nam you think that's bad! You should see what she was making for the pilot out of putty! Banged Head [banghead]

Well < According to Roy I have sniffed to many fumes already...Laugh [(-D]

Must be that Canadian Rum from Barbados? I dunno but am I seeing Dee with a model? Holy cow! Thats as shocking as Nam in a Cheerleader skirt (almost) Yuck [yuck]

Well I guess I had better grab me a bottle and hang on for the ride! Could get bumby if I'm lucky!

Ritchie that engine is fantastic in that small scale if I forgot to mention it. Almost as impressive as your hat and book collection!

Roger and Dave I think the drinking thing is in the teachers union agreement. Roy just has to pay his dues.

I was just thinking about the Same shirt thing with Frank. Perhaps it isn't Frank at all but a scale figure Katie has made to fool us.

Dee is out looking for a job ( again) I keep wondering what she will be when she grows up?

Dee, the dog has good tasteThumbs Up [tup]  When will you start?  Also are you going to join our little gift exchange?

Richie, I will play around with some ideas.  May have to remove the molded on harness and see what I can do from there.  I like the gloss blue look of the Korean War Corsairs, Very CoolCool [8D]

Roy, I attached the wires in locating holes. The harness I made from a styrene strip and attached it to the pushrods which left juuuuuuuuussssttt enough of a gap between it and the crankcase for a convincing look. the harness on this model R-2800 isn't round like earlier versions. I used a #80 drill bit as well. The markings are going to be VMF-214 in the Korean conflict. Had a time finding those decals.

Richie, you did a great job on the engineThumbs Up [tup]  On mine the push rods are good, a little dry brushing will make them pop.  However, how did you attach the wires to the harness?  Mine is molded on and it looks near impossible to drill locating holes.

What markings are you doing yours in?  Here's mine, complete with clipped wings:
