A small idea, Jagdpanther. for the list where it says what everyone is building, have it, for example with Tacobuff, like this.

Tacobuff: Stuart (Finished), Panther

So we also know that he have built that Stuart for this GB.

And I'm airbrushing my plane :D  Pictures to come.

Hey jadgpanther, when the GB started, you mentioned something about us possibly perhaps getting a kit from an older builder when we finished.Confused [%-)] Have you followed up on that at all? Just wonderingWhistling [:-^]

And an update on my Jeep. The red check decals are actually cooperating. I'm about half done with those, and the other bits and pieces are coming along nicely.

yes huxy, customs is afraid that the tiny plastic men in the box are carrying REAL weapons.  So each figure is being interrogated... and if they don't talk, then *gasp* they're melted!Dead [xx(]

wow!  The response to that post was lightning fast!  Huxy, i'm liking the look of the last pic, the Numbers on the treads, if the kit includes enough, i'll do that.  And stick man, yeah, i'll add some skirts to this pretty kitty.  Those are easy.

Thanks guys!

p.s. huxy, thru rain or sleat or snow, the norweigan postal service will deliver it's mail no matter what.  just give it time, it'll make the build all the better.

Hey guys, great looking builds/progress!  Sorry i've dropped off the map for a few days.  I'm gonna go ahead and start another build for the GB.  Put me on the list for Tamiya's 1/35 panther A.  an oldie but goodie.  Progress pics will be up in a few days after it's confirmed.

Any suggestions as to modifications I can do on this one?  (i'm on a scratchbuilding kick, the stuart came out so well after all)

Here are a couple of good pics for Panthers:
Spare tracks is a must:

Foliage?

Find out what on earth is sticking out on the left side...

Tracks without sag, and almost no tools?

Heres a feature that would be nice to see. Barrel cleaning rod case is open with some of the rod sticking out:

Do the road wheel on the turret! And notice the position of the cleaning rod, as well the two jerrycans at the exhausts.

Paint the ID on all the spare tracks on the turret!

So add some of all of these, and you will get one nice awsome Panther I'm sure! :)

And for my progress, Norwegian Mail Service is very slow.

Before I never weatehr, but after discovering pastle pigments.

I don't think it looks too unrealistique (jeep do go throught alot of muddy terrain) mine may have gone throught a shallow swam but if there too much it can be wipe off.

I choose tow version cause it mine work with my quad in a dio.

Good luck on your build.
