The bench monster gave me a good scare this afternoon.  THe steering wheel vanished into thin air.  I spent 1/2 an hour looking for it and then resigned myself to scratching one out of wireDead [xx(]. I Looked once more and lo and behold, there it was, behind my workbench leg. Thank God. My brother took pictures for me today so hopefully they should be up soon.

Will do. Plan on getting a Gloster Gladiator and paint it with the Norwegian stripes,  just the same painscheme they had at Fornebu Airport in Oslo, during the german invasion Big Smile [:D]

Also, I plan on getting a Tirpitz 1/350 with some PE and such.. And a Mustang (Car) for my dad's 50th birthday. Other than that, I'll be pumping out everything that is meant to be on ground :)

And as said, I stick on this topic..

Well, I guess I'm done here at Junior Modeller GB.. but I still be here to follow until the very end :)

And I tought my 4 year old brother to not even touch my models without permission..  Just raise the voice and have a "mad-scientist" face expression to scare him even more.. Works very well !

wow, that's terrible.  the IED thing was hillarious, albeit sad.

what's the new kit?  same genre?  if so, DIO-TIME.  have said new kit rollin past said old kit.

a challenge, but it'll pay off in the end

Taco-Don't worry. I just put on a light oil wash. It looks good but not to heavy at all.

Hellcat-That stinks. Just say it got hit by an IED

Hellcat man: thanks for the explanation, the grey stuff just looked a little thick on the model.  i think the dessert sand color will come out great.

raider: on your jeeps weathering, the operartive word is "small."  since (i'm assuming) this jeep will have just been rollin' around airstrips it's entire life, go easy on the weathering.

A cool idea for that would be to make the tires look worn.  Heck, that applies to both of you.

I am calling my Jeep done. I have a small bit of weathering to do and I have to paint the driver but other than that, I'm done. I'll have pics as soon as I can(in a few days)

its gonna be in the Desert yellow unless i get a chance to hit the model. And the gray stuff is some weathering that hasn't been fully cleaned off yet but better pics soon.

Just got a kit that I want to do for the GB.  It's the Revell 1/48 SBD Dauntless so count me in.  I was going to build a T-34 but it looks too time consuming.

thanks for the comments, But is there ANYTHING you guys want to see done to this Panther(besides blowing it up of course)?

I'd like to see al the exposed edges painted some plain metal colour. It should look better ;)
