Carl, that came out great. Definitely something that not a lot of people have in their display case! I'm sorry that I've been swamped with work and too busy to follow it properly, but you really put out a nice looking model!

This would be a great model to dabble around a bit with some MIG Pigments, putting them around and on the back of the blade. Dirt seems to build up there on dozers. You could go to town on the running gear as as well.

Not necessary though--it shines as it is. Smile

Any suggestions on what pigments are the best to start out with ?

Carl,.

Yeah, I haven't  had much bench time. Traveling 12 hours from NC to NY to record and rehearse twice a month. It's been tough to find time for anything.

The pigments from MIG are available in a good variety of "mud" and "dirt" colors. You can mix them up in white glue or water and slap them on.You can also get their Pigment Fixer to put them on impermanently, or the Acrylic Resin will make them set up hard as a rock and permanently.

$20-25 should get you two pigs and a fixer. lol. Big Smile

Tank crew looks awesome, ShellYesYes  Ya got it all ...camo helmet, muscle guy (under shirt looks very good ) ! so I have to know what you painted them in  acrylic or enamel ?   I am betting acrylic with oil wash...I like the shading. They are gonna look great in your Sherm, that is for sure.

Hope you find the missing hand!
