I have been working at the Felixstowe.
The engine is a bear; parts are small & so many inter-relate that fit is critical. One little part went zinging across the room & had to be hand-built. I've been working on other small assemblies -- propellers need a little work -- bomb fins are really thick, so I rebuilt them -- looking at gun station detail. I've been fiddling with wings & things, so something is happening.
Fuselage & floor have been glued - a bit out of sequence, but I think best way to handle building painting & building detail. Got to get the wood color down & let it dry for a week or so.
I have a research issue on the gun station I'm adding to the upper wing. It was put in the center of the center section & thus would displace the oil(?) tank up there, but I don't know where it goes.
Should have new pix in a week ....
