Beautiful music. Wonderful video.
OK. In the stash: Way too much to build in one lifetime...
I always like to have something on in the background. Sometimes local sports talk, but most of the time its either metal or rock. Groups such as Halestorm, Disturbed, Anthrax, Black Stone Cherry, Hinder, Avenged Sevenfold, Pop Evil, etc. I‘m also a big fan of the older stuff like Fleetwood Mac, the Eagles, Boston, AC/DC, Bad Company, etc.

On the ground, but in the air they sound pretty similar to my old ears, so ya know, take that with a grain of salt. Slightly less whistle from the radiators though. Watching the spinner is cool.

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Hey, I'll bet this will raise some eyebrows......
The Cowsills!
Hi,
Right now I couldn't say what I am actually listening to. My neighbors are a nice Hispanic family, and they are having a backyard birthday party for one of their children. So right now I am being serenaded by a variety of Spanish language tunes that I am completely unfamiliar with. (Well except for when they sang Happy Birthday - that one I recognized )
Greg Hey, I'll bet this will raise some eyebrows...... The Cowsills!
Ah, the actual Partridge Family! The Rain the Park and Other Things, Indian Lake and of course Hair! Great choice Greg.
O Fortuna on Sonos.
Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
currently listening to some Waylon Jennings, sipping a bear! just drinkin' and dreamin'
(I don't work fridays)
Like some others, I prefer silence when I'm at the bench. As a musician I've never been good at using music as a background element. If I can hear music, then I want to actively listen to it. Actually this need to focus my brain on any music that is within earshot, gets in the way sometimes.
If I want some sound in the background when I'm at the bench, I'll stream some Tibetan meditation/ambience stuff.
On the bench: Revel 1/48 B-25J Mitchell
In the queue: Tamiya 1/48 F4U-1A Corsair
Silence, blissful silence.
After a lifetime of employment filled with noise and confusion, I like silence.
I recently drove to Vegas for a Dropkick Murphy's concert though.........

Light rain on the yard.
As I got older, I found it harder to listen to music while modeling. Sometimes it works, like when I put the soundtrack of “Aliens” on while building the APC. I really like the bit when Ripley takes control of the APC in the atmosphere plant.

If there are links to the music you are listening to, be sure to post those links. Especially if the music style is somewhat esoteric or unusual. We'd all like to hear what you like to listen to and expand our knowledge and appreciation of different forms of music. Your choice may not always be conducive to model building but certainly interesting..

I love Rick Beato's channel. The way he explains deep music theory really resonates with me. Pun intended.
