I might join in - I've never done a group build before (To be honest I really haven't built many kits of any kind in the last several years!). I saw a kit at my LHS that would fit in, I will go next week and see if it is still there. Its not armor or sci-fi/horror, so that would be something new, and it has some photo-etch, which I've never worked with before either. I will try to pick it up this week Cool

Sounds like fun. Count me in with a ME-163 Komet. I have had that thing in the stash for a few years. Now I have a reason to build it.

Kit: Dragon/DML Me-163 Komet 1/48 scale.

Rocket Power Group Build 2010-2011
Posted by Scorpiomikey on Monday, March 29, 2010 8:40 PM

For this group build, anything powered or assisted by a rocket engine. Cars, Planes, Boats, anything but weapons. This includes concepts, what-ifs, prototypes, experimental etc.. This is an opportunity to have some fun, hack at some models, scratch build and just go nuts.

A few rules

1. Must be rocket powered (duh lol)

2. If Rato assist must have Rato's attached and showing.

3. WIP photos a must if possible (we wont kick you out if you dont have them lol)

4. Start Date 1st May 2010 End Date 1st July 2011

Stalled projects are welcome. Some incentive to drag some old models out and modify them.

5. (new one here) Have some fun, scratch builds welcome.
