Yes Very well done! Now everyone hoist your stein Beer for a verse of Panzerlied:

Ob's stürmt oder schneit, ob die Sonne uns lacht,
Der Tag glühend heiß, oder eiskalt die Nacht,
Bestaubt sind die Gesichter, doch froh ist unser Sinn,

Ja, unser Sinn,

Es braust unser Panzer im Sturmwind dahin.

Hesslers King tiger from "The Battle of the Bulge" is complete.I left it fairly clean, just an earth wash from Mig Products,a dark wash for recesses and details, and a some pigments.Pretty much like he just left the depot on the way to his one and only battle. The kit by Revell was OK,but certainly not up to Tamiya or Dragon standards, still it was a fun project and a cool campaign to be in :

I'm really not much of a scratch builder. This vehicle represents the most extensive scratch building I've ever done.

TD, even though I'm not a member of the GB, I've been lurking! I love your Zombieland Escalade. You going to put a mini Woody Harrelson in it?

TD4438: 'It might take a bit of doing, but you could have a mini-gun pop up out of the top'

Lol, I have a left over cannon from a 1/48th A-10 that I'd kicked around the idea of mounting on the roof somehow. Wink

Anthony: Nice work on the 'King Tiger'. I know what you mean about all those road wheels.

Here are some quick progress shots of my "King Tiger".Build is going OK and it's starting to look cool to me,there was a  big seam on the side of the turret which I filled and sanded. And lots of roadwheels, like a Mk IV but we got thru that okay:

Gamera

Andrew: Just assumed you'd been busy at work or with family stuff. It's good to have you back and hope you continue to improve.

SP: Very nice work, and she's molded in colour so you don't have to paint her Wink

TD4438: Looks good, looking forward to seeing what you're going to do with her. I picked one of those kits about a month ago with some vague idea about building some sort of government agency 'spook' vehicle out of it.

Please let me apogize for my lack of progress. I'd sprayed the Whitestar before though a piece of wedding tulle (sp?) to get the weird mesh/scale pattern you can see in the CGI model. After going back and cleaning up the model and repainting the base coat now I can't find the tulle and keep forgetting to pick up some more.

It might take a bit of doing, but you could have a mini-gun pop up out of the top!

First up, I must apologise for my absenteeism. The physical restriction/pain from my surgery crossed with my bipolar sent me into a bit of a downward spiral of which I am slowly dragging myself back up from.

Second, great work guys Yes

Hans, sorry to hear about the drama.

TD nice work  in toning down the bright yellow, looks great almost complete.

Stik, Nice work on the panther.

Thats all for now, more soon (I promise)
