LOL,
Ok you nosey people....
It is dutch in fact and Baron was saying that he was hoping to work some more on his P39, adding scratched details to the cockpit
I guess we should stick to english to prevent people from getting confused

I thought my moniter had a virus or something Richard, it had the letters all mixed up an stuff
Hmmm, thats weird... My language doesn't use any weird symbols or any more accents than english... should show up fine, just incomprehensible LOL...
Anyways, back to your benches!
Going to spray an A10 today.... Done some preshading last night and hope it will show through. In the end i decided to stick with a standard grey two tone; you'll see
Well yeah Richard my screen looked like a game of scrabble man Couldnt resist the temptation to rattle your cage a bit.
Cant wait to see your ummmm Warthog buddy. Hey got a bit of work done on the P-51 today, have the flaps almost ready to go back on. Then the ailerons get the same treatment. The fusealoge is all smoothed out already too, kind of suprising to me after building a half dozen of these kits, not much in the way of seam troubles. This is an older kit too in the small box not the larger repop, that must be the differance the molds were newer when this kit was made I guess. I am going to try and build another this year but I want to do it Griffon powered with the 5 blade prop, should look really cool swinging that thing off the nose.

So i didnt get any done on my P-39 because Dad wanted to go out for the day.Tommorow i will get something done! ............ ill speak english from now on

Looking forward to more WIP photos.
The Real Red Baron I was just funnin you guys, no offense or harm meant. Sorry if I did offend.
Hey guys n gals,
Basic camo has been applied, as well as a mild black wash overall to bring out the engraved stuff. Since this kit has alot of raised detail i am planning on doing some drybrushing as well:
Having the canopy posed open ofcourse i did some work on a little pilot dude:
More to follow soon Hope you like her
very nice, kermit!
CallSignOWL very nice, kermit!
I'm always confused so it wouldn't be a change for me.
Nice work on the A-10 Kermit!!
Well i'm gonna be really working on the Tomcat tomorrow. Been at work a lot lately so I haven't gotten to work on it. There's a small step at the resin nose and the fuselage that's gonna give me heck.
Building- (All 1/48) F-14A Tomcat, F-16C Blk 30, He 129
Sweeet Kermit !

Great work on the A-10 Kermit and fantastic work on the pilot!
Ok, here is the Dark Shark, frankly the fit isn't too bad for a limited run kit. The big problem is where I accidentally smashed the starboard intake (circled in green in the last photo).
Ouch! That'll be a challenge to fix, Looking great, otherwise. As I said on another thread, GB's push me beyond my comfort zone. However, you've got the skills to fix it like it never happened.
Cheers.
Nice plane
Pics of my P-39's cockpit 99% scratch built coming up in around 1-2hrs. my first time ever actually "painting" the cockpit, and sctratch building.
i want to see what evryone thinks of it.
Thanks guys! Think I've got the intake fixed, if I can keep from breaking it again- somehow every time I pick up the model my fingers seem to close right over the wing root and the intakes.

I think I see your problem. Giant flying turtles don't have opposible thumbs!
Good save there Gamera. Kit's looking good too.
Here's what I'm dealing with.
There's a step there on the nose where it attaches to the fuselage. Working on fixing that.

Yes, thankfully my little buddy Kenji helps me with the delicate stuff.
MM: Yes, I've had resin parts push everything out of alignment too. Looks like you have the matter in hand though, sometimes you just have to sand the krap out of things
I dont hate decalling my builds, not at all.....
But these "super decal sheets" that revell pops in to some of their offerings sometimes take you awhile... Just about halfway through after two evenings... Just the undersides left and all the ordnance

heh, you too? That's what stalled me on my build...all those little decals.

you should see my helldiver, so many little decals
here is what stage im currently up too on my P-39Q
this is the 1st time ive ever painted & made seatbelts before, did i do ok?
and here is what the cockpit currently looks like. i had to everything from scratch since airfix doesnt give you anything to detail. the front panel where all the dials and things are i made from scratch and im painting all the dials on it today, before i go to Hobart (the capital of my state, tasmania).
i would appreciate comments , so what do you think of my first attempt of painting/detailing a cockpit?
the seat-belts look good, RRB. The cockpit is good for a first scratch-build, too.
Gamera, Medicman: I know both of you will be able to tame your builds...cant wait to see more!
