LOL flankers and mig-31/25 are longer than the most of ww2 four engine bembers Cool weapons are not out this rule, don't remember the name but the greater air to air flanker missiles are longer than a phoenix too.

As you see on my old flanker ,the painting missiles step was really tedious too in the smaller scale Dead

On my sukhoi 34 have another type of missile ,like a cruise missiles (probably anti-ship), even loaded with these beasts the plaitypus perform great acrobatic manouvers. Su-30 must have again better performance Stick out tongue

waiting for more updates, hope soon to get back with the foxhound

Nice looking truck- is it smaller than 1/72?

I really need to finish off my Flanker for this GB.... but not this weekend.

Nice looking truck, wouldn't even know where to start on truck weathering but you seem to have a good start. Yes

Nope Dre, is just 1/72 ..  but really little kit Tongue Tied

This is the question Reasoned, i tried to weather in some way and give some highlight and now... dunno how to weather better Sad is my first veichle. I'm also building a t-34 in armour section and same problem, i ever weathered airplanes.

Bsyamato- I'd assume that the cargo bed is wooden, so you can always add some wood-toned streaking to simulate paint wear and add generic cargo to fill up that empty space.

That's sharp!  In some photos it looks to be 1/48 or larger, so it's hard to believe that truck is 1/72.  I guess that Russian trucks just look bigger and sturdier than others.

Sorry to point it out, but you've got a fingerprint in the paint on the frame above the driver's door.  I wouldn't have noticed it except that the red fire extinguisher leads your eye to that area...

Sure you can join. Also, although the deadline ran out for this GB, I will extend it to December 31 2012. Also, if you finished building something and I did not add it to finished list, please let me know. I just started modeling a few weeks ago after a long hiatus.

bsyamato,

I changed it to the Su-34. I will probably make a separate post for the finished gallery. That will happen closer to the deadline, though.

Those look good, Ozzman; how long did it take to put on all of the stencil decals?  Looks like there were quite a few.   That big white cross makes for an excellent aiming point for air-delivered death... or for friendly recognition.

I didn't apply all of the stencils that came with the kit, but there was still about 70-80 of them. It took me about 6 hours.

The PT-76 looks great Ozzman, nice the mig but seems that fuselage needed some more cure before to paint :)
