My puma is comming allong.

Puma

I had to modify the sponsons as the SAAF used different ones on later pumas.Flat sheet and a bit of filler with lots of sanding LOL! Amazingly the fit of the sponson to the fuse is very good (what went wrong airfix ? LOL!!!)

Puma wheel well mod

Uh. I thought that I have time to finnish this in summer vacation. Well vacation ended last week and nothing was done, but now I´m in sick leave so let´s see what happens.

A4D-1 Skyhawk. This I did few months ago, but forgot to add pictures.

Engine kind of thingie to fill empty space and start for cockpit.

Wheel wells modified with plastic strips. Today I added some hydraulic tubes and cabel lines.

Also I started to remake the landing gears.

Hopefully more tomorrow...

I guess I could do that, you'll have to replace the AR-196 with the A6M2 Zero though.

I'm going to have to post-pone the BV 141. I need to start work on my airfix Zero for the Japanese GB.

From what i can find, Airfix never did a 48 scale wasp.

However if you can find airfix printed on the plastic or the documentation (or anyone can provide proof its airfix) ill allow it.

You'll love that Puma, Theuns; great kit....I built two of them way back when.  Really loved the fact that the side cargo door was 'operational.'  Bsyamato, that is one killer Scout chopper.....you are crazy insane with the engine detail!  looking forward to seeing it all finished up.

I'm still an Airfix GB virgin.  Every time I walk by that Stuka box, I can hear it calling my name......

Hope to check in again soon, maybe with a picture or two of my own!!
