Laid down another flat coat on the 109 tonight, after that cures I'll do the smoke and general grotty stains/leaks, then the final coat.
On schedule to be finished by Wednesday, providing no dramas come up.

Yes Rusty an extension wold be good. I'm still planning on finishing to the old schedule but I've only spent a couple of hours on the model in the last 2 weeks. This weekend all I did was more fettling and glued a couple of bits. Maybe next weekend (the wife's away for 4 days - stop that cheering!!!) will see paint applied.
Kia ora,

BIG REDS alright!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The mouses we get round here are HUGE!!!!
Years ago we used to go roo hunting, they make for some fantastic grilled steaks, and the largest one we got was around 6 foot tall standing up, and weighed in at 50 odd kilos.
Still got the tanned hide
Jules, police commisioner is all yours.
Will even supply the stun guns and pepper spray.
Claymores might b a tad under done Tom, I prefer Bouncing Betty's, that way they know they have no choice but to kiss it good bye!!!!!
For modellers, we are a violent bunch

it's real bad around here (Houston, Texas)... you drive down the freeway and there is a sign hangin at least 45 feet above the ground with grafitti all over it... you wonder how they climbed up there and didn't get caught.. even at 3am here there's steady traffic!

Jules... a well laid perimeter of Claymore's would keep that from happening to your house... btw: congratulations on the house!

Pfffft, work!!!
I reckon a total sadist thought that one up.
Think about it, you work from the age of 15 ish, and hopefully retire at 60-65, with a grotty pension, and cat food for every main course.
When I get elected, I will make legislation so that when you hit 16, you have retired, so you can go and enjoy a youthful body and fresh ideas.
When you turn 45, then you start your working career!
Why retire when your too old to go to the bathroom by yourself, and to frail to bend over and pick up a teaspoon?????
I'll stop now.
